I cannot vouch for their cleaning service but they might as well take off the advertisement on the window for a tailor and expert alterations. I brought in 2 simple sewing fixes, and one sleeve lengthing task. I even prepared ahead to provide enough material to do the lengthing. The gentleman at the desk was extremely rude and told me that if I did it, it would be ugly. Sorry mr asian man, this is what I wanted done, I didnt ask u for you opinion. It is such an easy fix concept that if I had a sewing machine I could have done myself and it would of been unnoticable with even my middle school home ed sewing education. This however doesnt surprise me that he would neglect to take on this project as in my first and only experience with having elastic taken out of a sleeve on my bike jersey at swan lake turned out to be a diaster. It was like a child sewed the seams. I would say my advice to swan lake, if u know your company does not have the skills to do expert alterations like your peers, do not advertise it. To others looking for a quick sew job, lengthing or shorting of any clothing (cheap or pricey like a dress) go elsewhere. They have no idea what they are doing and came across as lazy, and rude. Stick with the dry cleaning business.

I have been using Swan Lake for about 7 years without fail. They are friendly, always recognize me, always get my shirts done as I prefer, on time, and they handle alterations flawlessly. Prices are very reasonable. Hours are convenient - open Sat. Love this place.
