I recently left a pair of expensive work trousers to be dry cleaned, when I received it back it looked like it got older/ got overused, the ironing left a lot to be desired, however the biggest shock was when i wore it - it felt much tighter than normal as though it had shrunk. I complained to the management however, they were not listening and where rude and nasty, instead of we will take a look and try to resolve, they denied there was anything wrong and that the pair had shrunk. I had been a customer for over 7 years, but no longer will i be using their services. Do not use this establishments, and certainly not for expensive cloths.

Worst cleaners in the area. Shirts looked terrible the older Asian woman was extremely rude right when I walked in she gave me a dirty look and not even a hello. She must if remembered me from the day before when I asked them to redo shirts and she got upset.. Get them back today and they look exactly the same. Never will get my business again!! Theyre lucky I even paid.
