I gave this cleaners one star for their customer service. I dropped my sweaters off Monday & pre-paid for them with cash. My ticket stated that I could retrieve my sweaters on Tuesday. I came in Wednesday instead & the young lady could not find my sweaters. After 15 minutes of waiting, she came to the front with my sweaters & she asked the young man @ the counter about why the sweaters were placed elsewhere. The young man stated that I came in on Tuesday to drop the sweaters off & my credit card was declined. That is why the sweaters were in a different location. Even though I had my receipt that stated PRE-PAID, he still proceeded to go back & forth with me saying he doesnt forget a face & I dropped the sweaters off on Tuesday. I then stated my receipt shows that I pre-paid & why would my ticket state that I can pick the sweaters up on Tuesday if I dropped them off on Tuesday. He then got quiet & proceeded to type on his phone. He continued to ignore me as I asked that same question twice. No apology. Finally, the manager came to the front & stated to give me the sweaters, because I waited long enough. I felt they were acting as if I got away without paying for a $7 transaction. I am still confused as to how they are unsure if someone paid or not. Why would my receipt state pre-paid if I didnt pay? I did call back to inform the manager of this young mans disregard & lack of contrition. The manager apologized. This is why I am @ least giving them 1 star. But, I felt the manager shouldve made the young man apologize. This young man shouldve done his research before he opened his mouth. The customers are what keeps a business open. So, it is imperative to treat them with respect to continue to have a successful business. In the end, I did not want any free services, but I did want a FREE apology from the young man @ that time. This young man should be trained on customer etiquette. This experience was extremely disappointing, because I had been a regular customer @ this cleaners for 4 years.

It is a shame to hear about the negative reviews of this cleaners. However, I have heard terrible things about the owner. Apparently, he is very racist towards his employees often times insulting them with racial slurs or stereotypes about their nationalities. I am a teacher at a High School and one of my students works for this individual, his name is Leo, he is the owner. It was extremely sad for me to see this young student express such concern and worry over the way this man treats his staff. There is a general rule of thumb that states that when employees feel appreciated and valued, their productivity and quality of work increases dramatically. Hopefully he reads this and views it as a wake up call that he cannot treat his employees in this way. I advised the student to start documenting this mans actions and I will see to it personally that he is legally held accountable for his actions. For people considering this dry cleaners, please take all of the above into consideration and go to a different store where employees are treated with respect.

This place sucks... The staff needs to be fired, I waited 10 mins to pick up my clothes and finally when it was my turn she asked for my ID. Mind you I am a regular and never had been asked for one before so I didnt have it on me. I then ran home to get my ID and it was 5 mins after their closing hours and she.denied to open the door. I stood their without a coat which was to be picked up. Stay away so they learn the importance of customer service. Never will I ever go there and you should as well.

This place is cheap and sucks I took a white shirt and now it looks kinda blue... This rhinestones are all falling off now. It was a white guess shirt that is now ruined.... I dont recoment this place if u actually like ur clothese

This is THE BEST cleaners in the area. They also do alterations. Theyve always had my stuff read when I ask and it looks great plus is reasonably priced. Just keep in mind you need to come between 8 and 2 for alterations.
