I dropped off a dress on Tuesday and was told it would be ready for pick up at 4pm Thursday. I needed the dress to wear on Friday. I received no phone call, giving any clue it wouldnt be ready upon pick up. Thursday at 5:00 the dress was not ready and had not even been started!!! Was told they would have it by 11 am Friday. Funny how after i said i was coming to get it i THEN received a call (so they did have a contact) that they would have it ready by 8pm that night. THEN the best part is she wanted to charge full price for the work. As far as i am concerned this is the worst customer service, i will never recommend this company to anyone!!!

The LAST place I would ever recommend to anyone wanting quality service. Took my bed comforter in to this business some time ago, and it was returned smelling of strong urine and stained (not at all how it was dropped off). When taking the product back to the business to show them as they requested, they said this is how it was brought to them. They deliberately lied to my face. They refused to replace the over $100 item they ruined, even refused to refund the dry cleaning of it! They charged to ruin my item.. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.

My wife went to this business three different times and they lost her clothes every time. The last visit the owner took 2 weeks later than projected due to losing the item and when she did find it she still didnt complete the alterations. She had to do them while my wife waited because we refused to give her anymore time at that point.

Do not go in there if you want your pants to be hemmed. They do not fully hem them, instead, they tack your pants. This is probably one of thee worst alterations shops that Ive been to.
