This cleaners had a fire last year and 2 coats of mine were damaged and lost. I called the telephne number posted on the outside wall of the cleaners and a young lady assured me that they had filed a claim with their insurance company and that they would reimburse me for the coats. When I passed by a few days ago I saw that the cleaners had been remodeled and was open for business. On Saturday February 22, 2014 I stopped by the cleaners and to my surprise the young lady at the counter indicated that they would not reimburse me for my two coats lost in the fire. She pulled up my information on her computer and said they were not responsible. My advise is "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CLEANERS UNLESS YOU WANT THE SAME THING TO HAPPEN TO YOU! This to me is bad customer service. You can be sure that I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS CLEANERS.
