Thought I lost my tie in one of the past transactions. The owner personally got involved when I called in to report it missing and respectfully told me he will follow up and resolve the issue within 30days. He explained me that this gave them enough time to see if it comes up missing somewhere internally. Today, being 30 days after we spoke last time, called me to follow up leaving a voicemail. I was totally caught off guard!!! I totally forgot about the damn tie its self let alone him calling me to follow up!!! I called and thanked him for his follow up and told him that I ended up finding the tie on a hanger which was under one of the dresses my significant other had also dried cleaned on the same order that day and she had discovered it over the past weekend when she picked out the dress to wear that night. Aside from their amazing work which is more costly than other places but is worth the difference in price (you get what you pay for!), their terrific customer service is something that you do not see until you are in need of it !!! Thank you guys again!

After my initial review the manager called me and asked to bring back my shirts for a redo free of charge. They have done a good job this time around. It was an almost a perfect service except they have missed two of my shirts and I had to go back and collect them since it was my last day in Skokie. I would like to give a 3 star rating for the service and another star for the amazing lady who stayed back beyond her work hours so that I can pick up my shirts.

Ive been using Greener Cleaner for several years. They are highly reliable and do a great job! I thought I had an issue with several JCrew blouses once, and Mike patiently took the time to educate me on fabric quality to help me understand it was not a dry cleaning issue. Once is a very great while, I do have to take an item with a stain that wouldnt come out to my local chemical cleaner, but thats just the nature of the natural process, just be prepared...

The dry cleaning service is provided thru my employer and I gave a comforter for dry cleaning in one of my other comforters packaging, I never received the original comforter packaging, I was informed that it was tossed. I have asked for a comforter packaging as a replacement for my own that was thrown out. It would have been appreciated to know ahead of time that the comforter packaging was going to be thrown out prior to doing so.

i am actually editing my previous review,because of the missunderstanding i wasnt happy but after my review right next day, i got a call from Manager Mike. He actually understood where was i comign from, and very professionally talked to me and handled the situation. I picked up my dress 2 weeks later and looked perfect and i am satisfied. Hopefully this will not happen to you,but even if you do still you can talk to him.

When I need anything dry cleaned or I have an item that I want treated with special care, I visit Drive Cleaners in Skokie. Every garment I have put in their care has been returned to me in wonderful condition. I especially feel good about using a service that does not cause harm to the environment. The staff offers great customer service and terrific results. Im so glad there is a Greener Cleaner in Skokie!

We absolutely recommend them. The only dry cleaner & laundromat that doesnt use toxic chemicals. They dont pollute the air, the water or their customers. FYI Kenny the cleaners is the absolute worse. They pollute our air and water. It is so sad we cant have windows open (our neighbors all complain too) because the stinky toxic chemicals they emit into the air. We feel sorry for their employees. ❤

I use Greener Cleaner for our dry cleaning and, their wash and fold service. If you care about the environment and are looking for a healthier, more organic way to clean your clothes, this is the best place to go in Chicago! Plus, I notice a big difference in how my clothes look after dry cleaning (no fading, cracked buttons, bad crease lines, etc.). This place is the best!

Was VERY satisfied with their cleaning service. I had stains on my wedding dress that a few cleaners said was impossible to take out but Greener Cleaner accomplished it and did an awesome job in cleaning and preserving my wedding dress. I would recommend to anyone and definitely come back again. Customer service is awesome as well!

Everybody at Greener on Broadway does a great job. Other cleaners have returned clothes with broken buttons or with creases ironed in - but Greener always has great attention to detail and makes sure the clothes are done right. Denise and the rest of the staff at the counter are always friendly and helpful.

Fantastic- best cleaners I have ever used! Clothes are meticulously cleaned and pressed. I have several expensive silk pieces that they handle with extreme care. No odors which is important for me as I have several allergies. The punch cards are great also!!

So far so good, used them once, I like that they give you a clothing bad that is reusable with recyclable hanger slot, minimal waste. They come to my building nearly daily so very convenient. I will switch to them full time!

Worst cleaners ever? Yes we brought back out uggs and they were browned. Also she gave the 2 pairs of uggs when we had 1! Worst service ever!
