I have used this place off and on for the last four years with mixed results. Multiple times I have taken shirts in to be dry cleaned, and specifically instructed them to pay special attention to things like collars/wrists but they basically looked about as clean as they would had I just thrown it in the washer myself. I just ended up using some OxiClean spray, letting them sit for a bit, then tossing the shirts in the wash with OxiClean detergent; shirts came out looking as good as new. Once or twice clothing was not ready when it should have been and I would have to wait a day or more. A few times I am pretty sure they did not actually clean a suit, just pressed it, since small stain markers remained; I ended up having to take the stains out myself... again. About a year ago I brought in about four pairs of pants to be hemmed and each pair of pants was a slightly different length from another pair. However, it was not a big deal since the legs of each pair of pants were the same length. I recently brought in a pair of pants for hem-work to be done. They checked my in-seem which would require somewhere between 3 to 4 inches to be taken out. When I got them back a few days later only about 1.5 inches were taken off so they looked just as baggy as another pair of the exact same pants I have not had hemmed yet. I brought them back the following morning, was sized again, and was told they would be ready later that day. When I got them back the second time one leg is about a half inch shorter than the other! My left leg is perfectly spot on, my right leg looks like I am ready for the global warming induced flooding. $14 for the hem-work + $60 for the pants down the drain. On the plus side, nothing I have brought in has been lost. If you dont care about having good work done or like the convenience of their location, this place is for you. Otherwise, save your money and find a different place until this one gets their head out of their back-side. I know I am done with this place.

Terrible experience, poor customer service. I dropped a comforter off and they said it would ready in 5 days. I came on the 6th day and they said theyre washers at their main facility were down and it will be there tomorrow. I went in the following day, still was not there and was promised it would be there the following day. I called the following day, still not present. They lady said she would call their main facility and call me back in 5 minutes. She never called so I called back and she got crappy with me and said "I told you I would call you". Ok, may be I am being a litter persistent but Ive been patient and given them days while always being polite. Turns out they lost the comforter and I never received it back. Honesty is something I value and clearly they had to give me the run around instead of being up front.

Main facility is in Evanston ... constantly misplacing and losing garments or valuables ...THEN claiming no insurance ...AVOID
