Ive lived in half a dozen neighborhoods in Chicago, and Pert is my favorite neighborhood cleaners yet--Ive been going here regularly for about six years. Anything you need, they can do, from minor alterations to cleaning your HUGE down comforter. Theyll ask you when you need to pick up your items, and theyve never been late for me. You rarely get customer service like this nowadays unless youre paying through the nose, and their prices are incredibly reasonable to boot. I really cant say enough nice things about Pert--Tony and Frank are super friendly, and its always nice to see them when I drop off and pick up my cleaning. Highly recommended if you live in the area or theyre on your daily commute.

I just recently moved to Old Irving Park and stopped by Perts to get some clothes laundered. Frank (not sure if hes the owner, but I hope he is) is very friendly and really knows how to make you feel like you are part of the neighborhood. His store has an "open door" comfortable feel and often youll go there to find just that, open doors. I hope you get a chance to support Perts and the great service they provide.

I went to this place this week as my first cleaners experience in the neighborhood. I dropped off a suit and dress shirt on Tuesday to prepare for my Saturday wedding. They were polite and friendly, and said "hows tomorrow afternoon?" Works for me! The only negative was that they dont accept credit cards, but I expect thats not uncommon.

This family run business and the owners treat every customer like family. The work is good quality and fair price - and they always are willing to accommodate a "rush order." Its one of the few businesses where I find myself lingering after Ive paid for my dry cleaning just to chat with the owners.

Amazing cleaners and they do wonderful alterations. Bought my wedding dress online and they tailored it to fit like a glove! They also shortened a petticoat to wear with it. I went to them for the dress because of a history of alterations being done quickly and expertly. Thanks so much!
