BEWARE! I brought in my shirts and I always count the number of shirts I bring in so I can confirm the clerks count. I did this on 01/13/2015 as I do it every time. When I picked up the shirts the clerk trys to tell me that the count was wrong and there is one less shirt. The clerk said she would call me the next day but didnt. Finally a few days later I requested that they call me that day. Now their claim is that when they counted the shirts while tagging them there was one less shirt. I repeated to them that the clerk and I both counted the original number and the clerk entered that number on the receipt. CD claims the video shows otherwise but it does not show the time between the check in and the tagging and even at the tagging the items on the bench cannot be seen. I am very careful about the count as they once did the same thing to me but I did not count it at that time. When I tried to pick up my shirts the clerk even try to see if one of the 11 untagged shirts were mine. Why are there so many errors?

Customers Beware! I began using this location for the past year because the one in my area near Broadway and Lawrence had closed. During that time I had no issues until recently when I had 9 items dry cleaned and all of them smelled horrible like dirty water. After being told to bring them in, i received some resistance to redo the dry cleaning or apply a refund. They literally suggested they would do 5 out of the 9 items that I ALREADY paid for. After debating for 30min they agreed and redid my dry cleaning for free at no additional charge. Unfortunately, I do not plan to use this location again and their actions completely contradicts their "Satisfaction Guaranteed" ad posted in their facility.

Ridiculous excuse for customer service. my husband brought in his and my pants to be dry cleaned and pressed. They were clean just very wrinkled. When he picked them up, but of our pants had rust stains on them. The lady at the counter said its chocolate and it was stained when he brought them in. How can you have chocolate stains on 3 different pairs of pants in the front and in the back? They refused to admit they got them stained and didnt want to take them back to clean again since, according to them, "they wont be able to get the stains out". Dont use this dry cleaner. They wont take any responsibility for anything or try to get a situation resolved. BBB post coming up after this.

Nice folks, but theyve screwed up too many orders. Gave me someone elses clothes one time, when I returned it they just shrugged. Theyve lost the tag a couple times and had to guess which bag was mine. The final straw was that they lost 19 pounds of laundry and as if thats not bad enough claimed I picked it up and they had it on video tape. Bear in mind Ive been going there for years. Now Ive been back 4 times to resolve it and each time they do three things a) try to take the ticket and b) claim Ive already picked it up and c) pass the buck to a manager. What a waste of time and energy! Shame on me for ignoring the warning signs.

ALL the personnel is extremely nice and friendly, they make you feel great, they always say hello and some of them make an extreme effort to remember your name, that for me is fantastic!!!!!. I will tell you something, one time I forgot a check on my shirt pocket, when I call a few minutes later to let them know, they already have it in a little pouch mark for me!!!, I love them Price is not the reason that I go to CD, (not inexpensive) it is for the people that work there

Ruined the buttons on my very expensive suit for a second time. Figured it was an accident so asked them to be cafeful the 2nd time after paying on my own to repair it. Happened again and after assuring me they would be careful they broke 5 buttons so now I have to pay again to replace them. Im sure it isnt the suit either because another shirt had buttons broken I half. I guess thats what I get for going to a garbage chain. Never again!

CD One Price Cleaners in Lincolnwood, IL is the best. I have been going to them since they opened and I save hundreds of dollars each year. Their one day service is excellent and the staff is great. You are greeted on a first name basis, great customer service. I highly recommend them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place and concept. Good system in place. Have used a few times, all types of mens dry cleaning. Free coffee. On time. Easy to deal with. Good and simple price structure. Easy parking on street. No pickup and delivery though. One star off. But not many do in this area.

I dropped off eight white shirts here to be cleaned did not notice that two of them were stained the place want to head and dryclean them anyway when they were garbage they should have noticed and said something but they did not they still charged me no questions asked

I went there for dry cleaning my wifes white frock suit. They were not to clean even the 10% dust spots. They promised to clean again but returned as it is. Later we hand washed the suit at home and it become just like new. Probably they can clean only rugs
