Before trying out Dry Cleaning Solutions, I googled them to read reviews. I came across several reviews that claimed this place lost or misplaced articles of clothing. Not all reviews were bad so I decided to give them "benefit of the doubt" and try them out anyway. I agree with Francisco A.s yelp review about the staff.. NO ONE there ever gives a genuine welcome and everyone has a long face. I recently took four articles of clothing and yes, they gave someone else one of my items. Management and owners have absolutely no proper systems in place. It took over three weeks plus to hear back from anyone and had it not been for my persistent phone calls, I am certain no one would have ever followed up. I guess there is so much truth in the saying, "you get what you pay for".... Cheap prices, come with cheap service. And not to mention, you may end up with a higher cost to repair their damage. My claim was not taken into consideration, nor was any true investigation done. IF ANYONE EVER GETS CLOTHES LOST BY THIS PLACE, REPURCHASE THE ITEM AND ATTACH A COPY OF THE RECEIPT TO YOUR CLAIM. DONT FORGET TO FACTOR IN THE COST OF GAS YOU USED TO TRAVEL TO THE STORE OF PURCHASE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE OF A SMALL BUSINESS. There are several (7+) other dry cleaner options in the area that are way better!

The girls are always friendly. My clothes is always ready on time or early. They even go above and beyond when a mishap does happen to rectify the problem. My winter clothes are always a challenge because theyre dark and Chicago has salt, but when you can trust that theyll make a wrong right and keep a good attitude during the process. Very humble, hard-working folk from my experience here.

Very poor service. They loss my clothes, Garments has come out dirty. They giving me someone elses garments twice. And ruined shirts by applying too much steam causing to burn fabric. Do not trust nor go there.

Dont bother with this dry cleaner! They ruined my dress shirts every shirt had burn marks on them and my jeans ruined. They gave them back to me all faded.
