This is my first time and LAST. Bought a comforter in to have it dry clean, on the comforter it had pintuck little balls on the whole comforter, everyone of them was in tack. When I went to pick up the comforter, I failed to inspect it to see if the dry cleaning was up to my expectations. My fault, that I did NOT, I just assumed that it was fine. Well... I did not open the plastic from the comforter, I stored it for a couple of months before unwrapping the plastic. However, when I did the little pintuck balls was unraveled, I would say that 90% of the pintuck balls had fell apart from unraveling. My thought process was, #1~They did not NO what or how to clean it, and fail to tell me if it could not be dry clean, BUT the instructions on the comforter read: DRY CLEAN ONLY...:-| So...whoever dry clean it, just ignored what they did, (damage it) and did not say anything to me about it. Well, I bought it back to the Star Cleaners spoke to the MANAGER MR HILL and tried to explain to him what had happen, and he in turn was not listening to anything I had to say about it, more a less...his attitude was oh well...and was talking over me, and not hearing a word of what I was saying, simply ignoring me. I found him to be OBNOXIOUS & UNPROFESSIONAL, he lacks CUSTOMER SERVICE~in which his interactions with the customer is simply RUDE!!!! It is only a matter of time that I foresee his Dry Cleaning business deteriorate, because he does not know how to communicate with the customer. I have NEVER in my 60 years ever encountered an individual in customer service that cannot communicate effectively with the general public.

Dropped off lots of clothes. Upon review at pick up for same day service, clothes were not cleaned but simply pressed. Pants still had snow mud marks, blouse still had ice cream stain, etc. They admittedly repeated the cleaning. Was much better the second time around. I give a one star rating because had I not inspected my clothes at pick up, they would have never admitted their "omission."
