Fast, polite and reasonable prices. I like doing business with these folks. Havent had any problems over the past year of using them regularly (every 2 to 3 weeks). Lost two stars because they lost my garments. They were recovered after two days but I wont risk that again. Also not posting any more google reviews because they fire men who post their opinions. Even found a bing app to replace the google app on my phone - it works better too.

I have joined the CD One Price Cleaners last year and have enjoyed the prices, their service, and overall cleanliness of their stores. However, for the Country Club Hills store I would like for them to email me when service is completed all the time but overall I have enjoyed their team.

They lost one of my shirts , never received a call back from the manager. I called the store , never could get a person to answer the phone , they promise they would get back with me . I been a customer with this store over 5yrs , I am done with this store in Country Club Hills..

My garment was kept even after over 6 months of staying at the cleaners. I was called about it as a warning of it potentially being donated. Even though a few weeks had passed from that call, my garment was still there. I really appreciated that kindness and care for my garment.

You pay for what you get. This is the worse place to take your clothing to. Always someone complaining about what they messed up. If I wanted my dry cleaning all wrinkled and wool suits shrunk I would wash them myself.
