Ive tried a handful of different dry cleaners in the area, all at different price points, and all with different niche gimmicks that set them apart from each other (one is eco-friendly, another offers same day service, a third one only hires humans, etc.) On the recommendation of a family member I went a bit out of my immediate area and tried Glad Cleaners. If I could give them 6 stars I would! From the friendly and helpful staff, to the amazing pricing, to the quick turnaround - this place has it all. I even left a backpack for them to repair as it had a few tears and rips and when I got it back it looked brand new! If you are new to dry cleaning dont bother going anywhere else. If youre looking to break up with your current dry cleaner - you just found your replacement. Keep up the great work guys!

Glad Cleaners on Central Ave, Chicago, is a great family run business. In the days of mindless people taking your clothing and you dont know if they will be around next month or next week. It is great to have a business that has been around forever and has a family that does such great work on my clothes. There is a reason we take our good clothes to the cleaners, you want them to stay looking like new. Having someone I can trust to clean my drapes or my daughters dress as great as they do is priceless. If you live in the area, you should consider at least trying Glad Cleaners, you will see exactly what I mean about this family owned cleaners.

If there was an option for 6 stars Glad Cleaners would have rightfully earned every single one! Due to my own poor planning, I failed to get a dress shirt pressed in time for a wedding this past weekend. I reached out to Glad Cleaners last minute Saturday hoping for a small miracle, and was told to come in with the shirt and theyd find a way to squeeze me in. I showed up and the friendly staff immediately took my shirt, pressed it to perfection, and I was out the door within 15 mins! This kind of customer service is nothing short of amazing. A big thank you to Rob and the staff at Glad Cleaners!

Switched here after another budget cleaner ruined my clothes. Great staff, family owned business. Seem to actually care about the clothes and keeping them in excellent condition. Not much more expensive and but certainly worth it.
