My dad took a suit to this location and they shrunk the suit. When we called about it they said it was too many days and there was nothing they could do. The manager denied shrinking suit saying it was alterations that were done to suit. ??? Then she proceeded to argue over the situation and finally ended call with saying my dad gained weight thats why suit no longer fit. Not only are they not quality cleaners they are not quality people either. The running of this business is not professional at all you never argue with customer over anything especially something as obvious as a shrunken suit. Very insulting and she really needs to be careful before they are faced with a lawsuit because of how she manages that location.

These people LOST three pair of SUIT PANTS - all premium labels and one pair for a custom Brooks Brothers suit ($1500) from Atlanta. Meanwhile I had discovered three pair of cheap nylon slacks AND two short sleeve shirts in my closet several months before. DO NOT TRUST THESE FOLKS - The "supervisor" blew it off.. I am contacting the owner now.

Been a customer since 1982. They never lost an item or missed a deadline. Next day is normal for most items. They understand what heavy starch means. Staff is nice and professional. I am amazed at how they keep track of everybodys shirts and pants.
