THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! If I could give it no stars, I would. The service is bad and she (Julie) is extremely rude. She thinks shes doing the customer a favor instead of the other way around. Shes ruined many of my clothes. Some items have been returned with holes and some with mysterious stains. NEVER DOES SHE APOLOGIZE. Instead she blames you for bringing in a "certain type of fabric" or says "you had this stain here already!" Ive been wasting my money here for too long solely because the shop is in my building. Last week was the last straw when she returned my shirt to me with holes in the arm pits. She charged me full price and "shewed" me out of the store. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I have been taking shoes and clothes to Julie for alterations and repairs for years. She is very sweet and does a good job for a reasonable price. She is very honest as well and will advise against doing certain things (for example letting down the hem of the skirt if the original hem will still show) if she thinks it wont be possible to obtain the desired outcome.

Took clothes for dry cleaning and shows for shine. The clothes werent ready. The shoes...I had to take them w/o looking because of time. WHen I got to the wedding and took out my shoes...they HAD NOT been shined. Then...after wearing dirty shohes to the wedding.,..they ARGUED with me about the service. This business is TERRIBLE
