The absolute, and I mean ABSOLUTE, worst cleaners in the city. I shouldve known better when I called to see if they were open before I drove over and was greeted by a rude guy who kept putting me on hold. Anyway, I took a dark pair of jeans there to be dry cleaned. I wanted them dry cleaned to help prevent fading. I picked my jeans up and went home. I didnt catch it at the store, but when I got home I noticed they were clearly washed. Clearly! Washed and FADED! I called to ask the woman at the counter why my jeans were washed and if its part of their normal process to automatically wash denim. Mind you, i never told them to wash my jeans. In fact, I never told them to dry clean them. I didnt think it was necessary to tell them one way or the other. Why? Well, its a DRY CLEANERS. And like most of you would, I expected them to DRY CLEAN my item. So, we went back and forth for about 2 to 3 minutes without her giving me a straight answer but ended all of her answers with "it depends". Huh? Finally, she said call back and speak to the manager. I did. He tells me that when they wash its not like doing it at home. What? Apparently, they use a "special detergent" in a "special machine" that prevents fading. Huh? Its a DRY CLEANERS! When I told him I wanted my jeans DRY CLEANED (Its a dry cleaners!) he said its not necessary for all items and they decide whats best for the garment according to the care instructions on the tag. Huh? Care Instructions on the tag? Its a DRY CLEANERS!!!!!!!!! He quickly got hostile and said he had to go help other customers and didnt have time for my complaining. Why do I have to tell the DRY CLEANERS to DRY CLEAN and not wash my item? So, basically I paid nearly 7 dollars for something I couldve done at home. Stay away from this place. Horrible, Horrible Service!!!!!!!

Horrible service, unprofessional, and rude. I love to support black businesses in the neighborhood but this cleaners is just the worst of them all. I would never recommend anyone to spend their money here. They dont care about their customers OR the items that you leave here. Please travel else where for your dry cleaning or you will definitely regret it.! I actually had a family member drop off several items for me that came back discolored. I have no knowledge of the incident this owner speaks of but I think this proves that he is VERY unprofessional. I will not respond or complain to this company again because there is no point. But I will definitely take my complaints to the better business bureau. This place needs to be shut down!

First off you all did ruin my coat when i brung it to you all it was nothing wrong with the coat but the rip i ask you all to fix and to clean the coat. n the ziper was not damaged. Yes i left it in there for some months but that dont mean the coat should have new rips or padding should not be gone out my sleaves and my lady doesnt do drugs she is actually 8 months pregnant why are you lying bout everything your saying. You were rude to her and you did hang up the phone in her face. Your proving your rude just by the negative statements your making in the responses. Everyone can see your very rude and unprofessional. My jacket was very expensive and They ruined it.

I went go get patches sewn on the sleeves of a shirt only go go pick it up the next day and it being to high on the shoulders then I took it back that same day and told them they were to high they told me they a fix it but it a take two days this was a friday so I left it there only to get there at the time he said and he said it wasnt done yet which is funny because they had the shirt for two days so when I finally got the shirt one sleeve was done not only that the shirt was destroyed and had little holes in it so I wouldnt go there again nor will I recommend it I lost money on a shirt and the work I paid for smh NEVER again
