I use this tailor on a regular basis, for hemming pants and skirts, taking in waistlines, and fitting shirts, jackets, and dresses properly. I have never had an issue with something being altered on time, and if its something more complex I try it on at pick-up and they fix it if it wasnt done correctly (which rarely happens). I also have them dry clean my dress uniform, dresses, and a couple of jackets, and its cheap and a fast turnaround time (and they never overheat my dress uniform and leave shiny spots on the wool when they press it, which Ive had other places do). Ive also never had a payment issue; if I pay on drop-off I just make sure they stamp both slips (their copy and mine) with the "PAID" stamp (Ive only had to remind them once, and they had stamped their copy, just not mine), so theres never an issue if I forget my slip. The only potential complaint I have is that Ive never seen a price list, so Im not sure if I pay the same price for similar alterations every time (I think I do based off memory, but I always forget to save my slips to double-check). My pants hems always cost the same, its mostly taking in dresses or shirts that Im not sure of (but they probably charge more for more complex dresses anyway so I dont worry too much about it).

The absolute worst experience you could imagine. Gave them 2 1/2 weeks to alter a bridesmaid dress and stressed that if they couldnt do it, then tell us NOW. They promised they could take care of it. We showed up and they hadnt taken care of the alteration. They told us to come back 4 days later and it would be good.... Nothing at all was changed. Then they blamed my wife for being pregnant as the reason all went wrong (this was what was stressed on day one, and during pickup), followed her out to the car and ripped a receipt from her yelling "give me the dress or the receipt". Heres what I learned: 1. Do NOT prepay, they will not even THINK about working with you 2. Do NOT go in if you dont bring an interpreter who knows how to help you tell them how to alter anything. 3. Do NOT work with someone who gets hostile towards women outside of an establishment.

Awful. I gave this place three shots and 2 out of three were rip offs. 1. I took in a blazer and was over charged 2. Bridesmaids dress alteration perfect and timely. 3. Took in a wedding dress to be cleaned and paid in advance. When I went to pick up the dress the owner insisted that I hadnt paid. I didnt have the receipt on me so I showed him my bank online statement where the withdraw had been made. He proceeded to dig through stacks of receipts, service other customers, and insist I hadnt paid. Long story short I took the dress home, found the receipt, brought him the receipt to prove that I had paid. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience or doubting you. Never will do business here again.

I have tried multiple tailor/dry clean shops, and Noble is incredible. I dont know if the first rating on here is a competitor, but they obviously dont know what they are talking about. This shop has been very professional and thorough. This is the only place that I go.
