If you have a fire or a flood DO NOT I repeat DO NOT let your insurance company take your belongings to this place! I cant stress it enough. Their resteration team is not competent enough to handle large orders. When I indicated that they did not return half of our wardrobe they proceeded to blame everyone else instead of taking responsibility. Pat was very passive and unsympathetic of our situation and spoke to me like I was an uneducated idiot that didnt know what they were talking about. After two months of them having my belongings and me reading the manifesto of all the items they had, I know for sure they were the people who had everything and not everyone else they were trying to place blame upon. When I brought this to their attention Pat just blew me off saying that they sent everything they had and shell look again....(all this being said with annoyance and attitude). Pat finally calls back full of fake apologies after her "investigation" say my things were found. After all of this they still refused to admit to any wrong doing saying "youre getting your things back and its not like it was a year, its only been two months". Honestly who knows how long it would have been if I didnt do my own "investigation".

Lansing Cleaners is the "go to" Neighborhood Dry Cleaners. 1 Service to LOVE.....I take our bed pillows to be re-ticked, the down feathers cleaned and tumbled and voila...a brand like new pillow for less than $20.00 for a king size! They will even ADD more Down Feathers if you request.. using the 20% off coupon makes this a Fabulous Value. Lansing Cleaners does a great job with dry cleaning as well with laundry..those mens shirts or womens blouses that need to look like a million.....who wants to or has time to Press clothes when its less than $2.00 an item to launder and iron........ Went in to have some patches sewn on my uniforms. They wanted $11/patch! Im not paying $100 for two uniforms! Then they wanted $15 per article to dry clean. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else.
