I used this place because they had convenient hours, and they were close. Ive trusted them with small jobs before, and maybe thats the way I shouldve kept it. I recently brought in a lot of clothes which made me have a healthy bill with them, no problem. I came in to retrieve my clothes right before they closed, and right before I had to be at service, so I didnt have time to check every item, and neither did the sales rep, whos customer service was great. A couple days later my husband was getting ready for service and noticed that his shirts were missing. After searching our car and home we concluded that his shirts were never returned. I called them immediately, they were rude, and pretty much blew me off. I called back on a normal business day, and I was told they would review the tape. Long story short, my husbands shirts were never found, and we werent compensated. Moral of the story, check your items before you pay, and definitely before you leave, because once you pay your ticket out they dont know you.

Even though the work is done on premises, I find the treatment of spots lacking. I had some alterations done to a couple of garments and I must say that work was outstanding. But as far as getting my clothes cleaned, I found many spots still in garments, I took the same garments (after they were returned from the cleaners), pre-treated than washed and viola! spots gone. Maybe it was a bad day, Ill try them one more time taking care to point out any garments that need extra or special attention and see what results I get, check back later.

They damaged my garment and tried to blame it on the store that I purchased it from and refused to compensate me for their sloppy work.I continued to use them and give them the benfit of the doubt after they lost an item from a previous order. This seems like a trend. They are very unprofessional and do sloppy work. Never again!!!!

......This Cleaners gave me the worst service ever. They dangled me around for 7 months. All I wanted was to get my cloths out of the cleaners and I recieved very bad service. I would never go to this cleaners or the one on 500 east 103rd street....They are very Unprofessional. Terrible Service!!!.. `

This is a GREAT cleaners and I get 80% of my clothes dry cleaned regularly. The staff is FAST, EFFICIENT & HELPFUL! I went out of my way to find an AA company and Im just sad I didnt go to them sooner-- especially since I passed by them for years- DOYEEE! Much respect!

Dry cleaning service was fine. Just look over all of your items before you walk out of the building. The tailor there does phenomenal work however.
