They RUINED 4 pairs of my jeans! I wouldnt even give them one star if I didnt have to. First of all when I first came in to drop off my clothes, the lady at the front desk had an attitude. She seemed angry at the fact that I brought as much clothes as I did. But isnt that what they are in business for!?? Anyway, When I came back to pick up my dry cleaning at the scheduled pick up time, it was not ready. Came back 2 hrs later and it STILL was not ready. They made me wait until the following Monday. Came back Monday around noon and my clothes were STILL NOT READY!! I had to stand there while the tailor finished my jeans. I Initially requested that four pairs of my jeans be repaired, as they all had holes in them. When I got home I noticed that all four of them had HUGE patches over the holes that were to be repaired!!!!! And to make it worse, the patches didnt even match the color or pattern of my jeans. If that isnt tacky I dont know what is. I called in to ask if they could remove the patches and if I could get my $$ back and they said no!! I WILL NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!

When I came to drop off my 2 wool jackets, this being my first time at a dry cleaners, I had questions. She, the manager was very rude. I thought she had just been having a bad day. When I went in a few minutes ago to pick up my jackets, she had an attitude today as well. She used profanity and my jackets looked the same as they had done when I dropped them off. My boyfriend asked for a refund and she stated very rudely she dont give refunds. She then took a cheap handheld lint roller out and rolled it over my jacket. Im going to report Betty Brite of east 95th street to the BBB.

I took a dress shirt there to get cleaned and pressed they didnt crease my sleeves they told me that you have to ask to get your sleeves creased a lot of people dont like they sleeve creased if Im putting a dress shirt into the cleaners isnt the purpose to crease the sleeves I can iron a shirt myself horrible service
