I am a customer of 3 years. I go to Cd one every 2 weeks like clockwork with 14 pairs of pants never any issues that is until last weekend. I went in at 11 30am there was one rep taking clothes I gave my 14 items to the rep to be cleaned. At that time the rep pulled out a sticky lint brush and started to manually brush animal hair off my pants. The rep completes brushing one pair of pants and changes the sticky tape paper and proceeds to the next pair. I then informed the rep that there were 14 pairs of pants and inquired if she was going to do all of them. The rep said she was. I asked to see the manager she said he was busy and on his break. I saw this gentleman eating food in clear view of the customers and beckoned to him. I explained to Luis that it was quite rude and embarrassing to have the rep brushing animal (dog) hair off my 14 pairs of pants one by one. He reported that this was a courtesy to me and that some people were allergic to animal hair. I then asked him was there a sign up or was there something written on customer tickets that stated the animal hair policy he stated there was not. Had I known the animal hair policy I would have gladly taken care of this prior to having the pants cleaned so as to not waste their time or mines . I have never had this issue in the 3 yrs I have been coming to the cleaners. I said to the manager it is lunch time your line is outside to the sidewalk your rep is brushing animal hair off 14 pairs of pants you are publicly embarrassing a Customer are you the owner he said no and gave me the name of the owner reluctantly. I said what would be the best time to call he said he did not know I said what day is the owner normally there he said he did not know. So I said if I needed to ask the owner a question about this issue would I have to call everyday every hour on the hour he said yes thats what you would have to do. I ask for my items back and will not be using this cleaners any more. Very disappointed about the level of professionalism. Hopefully I am the only one that has had this experience. My suggestion put your policies on a sign or on ticket receipts. This will help to avoid losing customers, to the owner I suggest using secret shoppers and management training on professionalism.

I have used this location for 2/3 times. All went well except one. The last time I dropped my clothes on Saturday, everything was normal. However when I went to pick up the clothes on Monday evening (designated pickup day per the receipt), I was told the clothes were not ready because of a problem with their dry cleaning equipment. Normally I wouldnt mind a slight delay except, I had to drive about an hour to get this location. And more importantly, they didnt call me to inform of the delay even though the pickup date was Monday. They specifically collected all of my contact information when I dropped the clothes. After my protest, I was told I would be given a credit. However to avail the credit I have to drop my clothes again to the same location. After such a bad experience why would someone go back to this location again? They should have refunded the cost or part of the cost for the delay and not informing their customers. Credits for future service aint going to cut it. Its just one experience but its a reminder that folks should call the store to check the status before pickup.

Ruined new mens suit. Took a mans suit in to be cleaned - it was only worn once, this was first cleaning. They overdressed the jacket and vest. In addition to lapels pressed in deeply on the front, fabric looked different where heavily ironed etc. , the jacket had a huge ironing board imprint on the back! It was unwearable. They agreed to redo it. It came back worse. They insisted their policy was to try to resolve it 3 times and then I could be compensated for the ruined clothing. By the third time the suit coat looked like it had been washed - the sizing was gone. Clearly less wearable every time. Eventually I was able to talk with owner - she said it must have been a cheap suit to begin with and that I couldnt prove it was in good shape when I first brought it in! Her arguments even contradicted her self. It was a battle I would never win and I just let it go for sanitys sake. Suit, worn once and then ruined by CD cleaners.

I picked up my dress at Davids Bridal last week. I did not need any alterations. Great, right? No, apparently, if you dont get alterations done at Davids Bridal, they do not steam your dress! Being that my wedding is this weekend, I dont have a lot of time. Today, I went to One Price Cleaners in Munster. I explained my situation. I only needed to have my dress steamed! The girl at the counter was extremely pleasant, and asked if I wanted to wait while they steamed it or come back. I was so happy, and very surprised! If I had gone to any other cleaner, the cost would have been way over what I paid. ($ 3.25) And I would have had to come back another day! So, thank you One Price Cleaners for making my busy day a little less stressful!!

I try to catch sales when it comes to clothing, but I dont want to spend a ton of money dry cleaning them, which in my opinion, nullifies the excitement of buying clothing at low prices. With that being said, CD One Price Cleaners in Munster, IN, has become my choice for my dry clothing needs, without the high prices of other local cleaners and also without skimping on quality service! The staff is always friendly, and that was positive quality in the three CD One Price Cleaners Ive frequently.

Great prices for laundered shirts currently at $1.79. The team here is very polite and an assosiciate will jump to a register if they see a line forming. Dry cleaning individual garments are in the mid $3 range (they only run through the cleaner once I believe, so if you are worried about a stain maybe take it somewhere else.) On a few occasions my shirts have had a discreet damp odor. This facility does not offer any alteration services as of now.

Brought my button up shirts in there. only charged $1.29 a piece and they pressed them real nice. and put heavy starch in for no extra charge! I brought my stuff in at about 9am and I got it back at 5pm the same day. I recommend this place to all my friends they all love it. and the customer service is amazing. the employees are very nice. and they have free starbucks coffee! cant get any better than that.

Had my suit jacket and pants drycleaned here. They cleaned it just as well as any other dry cleaning service Ive tried, but they did it for 1/3 the price. Curteous service and my suit was ready when they said it would. No wonder that place gets so much business. I was there in the morning and waited about 4 minutes in line. Definitely recommended!
