Very dissatisfied client. I am a dedicated client of Magic Touch Cleaners and I have been using their service for many years. They advertise cleaning of Ugg boots. My boots were fine when I sent them for cleaning. When they returned the Ugg tag on the back of the boot was missing. The manager at the cleaners stated she would call the offsite cleaning company to inquire and call me back. I never received that phonecall. When I went back to the cleaners to find out the outcome and pickup my boots I was told that the tag was missing when the boots were dropped off (which is was not). I stated the tag wasnt missing and I was not paying the full price of $45 to have the boot cleaned. After the manager confirmed I was a long time client the best offer she gave was $5 off the cleaning of the boot and when I declined she walked away. I have been working in customer service for almos 20 years and one thing you do not do is walk away and leave a LOYAL customer DISSATISFIED. I told them and Im telling you I will never use them again.

This dry cleaners is a joke. Whats the point In me bringing my clothes there if they cant even clean them correctly? By far worst Ive been too. The "manager" LEXI was as rude as can be and thought the whole situation was funny. Me and my coworkers have been customers for a long time but dont think any of us will be returning. Magic touch has been slacking big time lately.

Great place! My family and friends have been their loyal customers for a long time. Always get the clothes back like new! The owners are always there to make sure everything is done right. I wouldnt go to any other place.
