False Pricing and Not confident to do their job. Went in for a bridesmaid dress cleaning (100% polyester) that had beer splash stains on it. They were having a 20% off all dry cleaning discount, that only stated it didnt include leather or some other unrelated thing. I got a call the next morning from the clerk saying the owner would have to clean it about 3 times to get the stain out and that she was raising the price AND didnt want to give me the discount. After arguing a few minutes about how thats false advertising and there were no exceptions to my dress, I gave up and said "fine, but it better be clean when I get it". She tells me theres no guarantees on the cleaning. So 5minutes later the girl calls me back again and says she told her boss what I said, and that shed rather not do the job so there arent any problems later. I told her thats fine, Ill come get my dress. I dont want to do business with someone who 1. False advertises, 2. Changes the prices and rules at a whim, nor can give me the right info up front, and 3. Isnt confident in her ability to do the job well, let alone at all. Its not like this is a ridiculously tough stain on super special fabric - Im more confident in doing this myself.

VERY BAD SERVICE and WAY OVER PRICED... I brought in a black silk dress to have dry cleaned. The dress also has a silk belt. I dont ware the dress every day so it had been a few months before I took the dress out of the plastic bag. The dress was fine however the belt was destroyed. It looked as though the belt had gotten stuck in something and ripped out. It was about half the size and SHREDDED. It was then neatly folded and put on the hanger. I understand that things happen, however this should have been brought to my attention when I picked up the dress. When I brought the dress back to show them they had every excuse in the book... it was out of the plastic wrap, it took to long to bring it back, they never cleaned it there (which was quickly refuted by my credit card statement)... and the list continues. Supposedly they have video cameras and can see what actually happened.... which was initially used as a threat to me as if I was making this all up. The day they actually review the video and give me a call I will be more than happy change my opinion.
