I want to say . I have had the roadside assistance for years and used it. I currently and previously have had auto insurance and now also have a renters insurance policy. These people have always been there. When I broke down in Mississippi and had to stay over for 3 days, they towed my vehicle. I hadnt budgeted for extra hotel rooms and food costs associated with my car breaking down. They sent me the money to cover my costs associated with food and hotel rooms for me and my family. Who does that? I am a premier member. Whether I have broken down in California or Maryland they have always been there for me. I feel like Im never traveling alone! I feel safe and I love that I can always call them no matter the time. I feel like AAA slogan should have been are you in good hands because they are consistent and caring and always there. I love you AAA. You have saved our tails alot of time.....Also add up the services you get for free if your a premier member....If you need services....Car or home lockout...Gas.....Tows 200 miles(usually $4 a mile ) .....Etc

My husband and I were traveling to SF, CA from Sacramento, CA this past weekend, when our GMC truck died on the freeway just before passing the last exit in Vacaville, CA. Fortunately, we were able to coast to a safe spot and call AAA. A local tow truck from Vacaville Tow Inc. was sent to help us. Our tow truck arrived very expediently and the gentleman driving it was Anthony Yrigollen from Vacaville Tow Inc. He was extremely helpful, kind and patient since the first address we were given to tow our truck to was not correct. So, we asked for an open operating dealership that could help us. We all piled into the truck and he delivered us safely to that business and made sure we could leave our truck there to be serviced. We have never had that kind and helpful service from any truck service person and was so pleased to see that AAA can refer people to helpful agencies. I commend this gentleman and the company he works for.

2-1/2 HOUR WAIT IN 90F WEATHER!!!! Im a member for 30+ years. Broke down on a highway, weather was about 90-95F. Called AAA. Told them about my pet and medications that went bad if they became too warm. They said theyd be there in 30-45 min, and put a "rush" on it because of the pet and meds. Called again every ~45 minutes. Kept being told lies (they said there was traffic, I checked traffic online - traffic was totally clear). They kept texting me that a driver would arrive by this time, then that time. I sat a sweated and wet my pet down with my bottled water. Had to forget the meds, they didnt have a chance. 2-1/2 HOURS LATER a tow truck arrived. Heard the driver on his CB, sounds like the individual on call had his phone off or had his work days mixed up or something! Apparently they have imbeciles for drivers! Liars and they hire idiots. SHAMEFUL.

it has been two weeks since their " well be there in an hour" turned into two and a half hour without any type of notification to us telling us of that fact. wife waited outside the whole time, as she was instructed to be "near her vehicle", she is 69 years old, its florida and it is sunny and hot in a parking lot. when i complained about it i was informed that a aaa field rep, who is supposed to investigate the tow company for the delay, would be contacting me about this incident. still waiting. been with aaa for 15 years. prior to this i was part of aaa california till last year and never had an issue. moved to florida and nothing but issues. could go on with other issues concerning that day but i think i made my poing

I agree with the comment below--nice building, not so nice staff. I came in to get a passport photo. The women who was employed to take the photo was unfriendly and did an awful job with taking my photo. The camera was outdated and she didnt even let me preview the picture she had taken. It came out so bad (my eyes were partially closed), that after I walked out I went straight to Walgreens to have my photo taken there instead and I ended up shredding my picture from AAA. The AAA employee obviously did not care to help me and seemed to be only interested in getting me out fast so she could go back to talking with her co-worker. Awful customer service I dont understand how this lady keeps a job.

I run AAA service calls as an independent operator in south Florida. Some people in this business call them the evil empire because they are far and away the biggest motor club on earth. One thing you must realize down here the fleet is small so calls are mostly handled by private contractors. This means you could get a new guy or someone who has decades doing it. When you call a primary company will get the job first, then AAA will go down a list of backups when the ETA becomes too long. I recommend if they tell you more than an hour tell them youre in a sketchy neighborhood and dont feel safe.

I have had AAA since 2005 and today when I actually needed them to tow my car they failed to be of any service. They pulled out some policy that in over 9 years I have never heard of and said they would not tow. I was told by the tow truck driver that AAA was bought out and under new management. They SUCK now and I will not ever work with anything AAA.

Great little cafe and great way for new members and current members to get information. Also there is a free air station for tires in the front of the entrance and a place to plug in your vehicle if you have an electric car.

So helpful! I originally went to the AAA in Daytona Beach but was stood up for my appointment by Susan...not going back there unless Kelly returns. Fredrick saved the day and helped us plan our up coming trip to Ireland.
