If you need to plan your honeymoon, next family vacation, or plan to head out of the country for a cruise or resort vacation, do yourself a favor and call Phyllis first. When my sister and I couldnt decide on a location for our first ever out of the country vacation, we got a hold of Phyllis from Traveling with Phyllis. She sat down with us and gave us her experience of all of the different island locations. We talked about everything from the different weather patterns, to ocean waves, even the type of sand on the beach. Phyllis has been everywhere and her first hand knowledge was incredibly helpful to us. When we finally decided on Jamaica, Phyllis was able to find us a fantastic 5 Star all inclusive resort at a great off season price. And when our flight home from Jaimaca was grounded in Charlotte due to mechanical problems, we called Phyllis and she was able to book us right away on another flight and even got us upgraded seats! All of our other passengers had to wait in interminable lines in the unairconditioned airport to try to find a way home, while we used our pre-paid lounge passes that Phyllis recommend we purchase to chill out in the cool airport lounge. So of course we went back to Phyllis to plan our next vacation. Again, she sat down with us and helped us sort through different resort options. She helped us narrow down our choices based on what we really needed and wanted. Our trip to Aruba that she booked for us was a lot of fun. And it was a huge relief to know that there is no better safety net than Phyllis when you are in a strange country for the first time. We will definitely go back to her again, and I have recommended her to all my friends.

I cant say enough positive things about of travel experience booking with Miss Phyllis! From beginning to end, our trip was effortless and well planned. We were referred by a close family friend to plan our trip for our honeymoon. She was very kind and professional and immediately sent us trip options with reasonable prices. We made our final decisions within a couple days and started making payments (yes, she even offered payment options!) It was a relief to know that with the stress of a wedding we didnt need to worry about honeymoon arrangements! The resort was phenomenal, all inclusive was definitely the way to go. We look forward to Miss Phyllis arranging our next international vacations. I would undoubtedly recommend her to anyone looking for a headache free, honest and helpful travel agent!!! We have used Phyllis for several Apple Vacations and she has been great to work with. Unlike another agency Ive tried in the past she was able to answer all my questions based on her experience and having been to the resorts/areas we were traveling to instead of simply reading hotel descriptions to me that I can easily read myself. I always have a bunch of questions regarding areas/hotels and she has always been honest in her opinions and answered all questions. She was always prompt in answering emails and sending out confirmations which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend Phyllis and will use her again for our next trip!

From the very first day i spoke to Phyllis, she was nothing short from being polite, honest, and very informative with each and every detail. I tend to ask alot of questions and she answered every last one of them.
