This review is long overdue. My five star is solely for insurance agent, Abraham Mathew. I purchased our insurance from AAA. Initially, I was really unhappy with the service that I received from my first insurance agent. He was not helpful and unresponsive. Fortunately, I met with a different insurance agent, Abraham Mathew, the next time I stopped by (the first agent was off on that day). Abraham is an excellent agent. He knows what he does very well, very responsive, and very helpful. He works fast and efficiently. I really wanted to change my insurance agent to Abraham, so he could get accurate compensation (because he deserves it). Unfortunately, AAA has a weird/stupid system. I cannot change my insurance agent even my insured item is changed unless I leave AAA (i.e. I purchase my insurance from another company) and come back to AAA (i.e. I purchase my insurance from AAA again). It seems that AAA Auto Club South does not value its excellent agents properly. It sucks to be the (outstanding) agents. If you need to purchase insurance, please look for Abraham. I promise that you will not regret it.

Make comparison among all the ticket outlets for discount tickets, it turned out that for 4 disney parks base tickets, the lowest prices are offered by this Orlando AAA location. Other Florida AAA location may offer the same price, but this location opens 8:30 Monday morning. We got to our hotel Sunday night and come to this office first thing in the morning to get tickets.

This isnt about the specific office, but the lack of offices in general. AAA has closed most of its locations looks like. In my case, I have to travel at least 35 miles to the nearest one.

Beware their car/truck batteries are garbage & they dont stand behind them. I was told I need to drive the vehicle 30 minutes a day to keep it charged.

They dont answer their phone! The #1 extention for emergency road service hangs up on you. ...and they have horrible hours!
