I called Medina AAA in early June of 2016 to purchase plane tickets for my family vacation to Europe. The first person I spoke with couldnt answer any of my questions about finding what I needed, which was fine because she didnt really deal with travel arrangements. She transferred me to her manager, Jake (I believe is the managers name), who took my information and said she would call me right back. Couple days passed and the vacation was getting nearer so I called Jake again to see if she had any information for me. She had no clue why I was calling so I had to explain everything all over again. I figured she got busy and forgot about it, no big deal. So, again, she promises to call me next day and she doesnt. I call her again a couple of days after and she is again clueless. Finally, after Jake the manager convinced me that she doesnt care, I went to another travel agency and reserved and purchased 4 tickets in a matter of 20 minutes. I did not believe my business partner when he was telling me about this very same issue and the same person at AAA Medina a couple of years back. Now Im a believer!!! I will not do business with Medina AAA any time soon.

Once again its such a pleasure to talk with AAA Medinas Sales Mgr Janice (JAKE) Yorko whenever we have a trip to go on! Just discussed our July fishing trip with her and got trip details for route planning including major highway work that is such a pain to sit in traffic. TX to Jake we are routing around some of the major highway projects to avoid these unpleasant and time consuming stoppages. We have worked with her in the past on trips to Italy, Alaska, NY Finger Lakes, OBX, Nashville/Memphis, etc, etc with great recommendations and results on hotel accommodations, trip must see/do highlights - where to go and where not to go, routing, and of course where to eat breakfast/lunch/dinner. Every trip has been so much fun! TX Jake!
