If there was a category "beyond excellent" I would have selected that! The agent I worked with was willing to explore all possibilities for our international travel plans. We spent numerous hours and days working out potential itineraries. He never complained about making him work so hard to find us the best possible rates with best possible flight times and routes! In the end, we chose to fly airlines that the travel agency did not get any commissions from; the travel agent was just fine with that arrangement. We were charged a very small fee for the agents services. His hard work saved us several times what we paid for his services. All along he was cheerful, extremely courteous and professional. He never tried to push his ideas and was willing to work with us till we were convinced that we had the best possible itinerary for the best possible price. The relationship did not end with buying airline tickets; he kept me informed about flight time changes etc. I certainly recommend Chima Travel to those who seek quality professional travel agent services.

This company is run very, very poorly. You are bounced around to several different agents, and no one is particularly interested in anything you want or need after the vacation is booked. They turned people away that wanted to give money for my honeymoon after we had discussed how they would take money and cut a check for the amount a few days before the trip. And, they sent information about our trip to the wrong address twice! I would not recommend using them, for it was very stressful and you had to watch them and make sure they were doing their jobs the entire time. You might as well book yourself if you are going to do that much work! Beware -- go elsewhere!!

I don’t understand why the previous review said so. Completely disagree! As far as I know, travel agents at Chima Travel are very friendly and professional. As an international student studying in the U.S., I want to travel around and explore the country as much as possible. At the same time, I want to save money, so I went to Chima Travel for advice. I got a detailed response from them very quickly. Chima Travel helped me to plan out my first trip on the west coast! I will definitely go back to them in the future! I’m sure they do the same excellent job for other clients! I love Chima Travel!

I travel a lot for business and they go above and beyond doing whatever they can to make sure my travels are smooth. It also saves our company a lot of time and money not having to waste time booking flights, hotels and rental cars. I had a very good experience with Chima. My agent was jen and even after I agreed to one deal she found me a better one for cheaper with an ocean view. We had one hiccup with my middle initial but she got it handled quickly and without any issues. Just spend driving to their office for nothing! over the phone they assure me of a good deal, when we came to book it (10 min later) "the deal was gone" After spending half an hour "looking for a good deal" with the agent Derek I realized that I could find much better deals on Orbitz in 2 minutes!
