We have been very lucky to use Kingfisher Vacations not only for a beautiful cottage we rented for the last 5 years on Sanibel Island, but as a agency to rent our new home on Sanibel. Communication, when renting, is excellent from start to finish. Questions and requests are always answered professionally and cheerfully. A nice list of activities, local attractions, bike rentals and where to get groceries are sent with directions to your rental. The cottage we rented was always sparkling clean and neat, with an ample supply of towels and beach towels. There is a basket of cleaning supplies provided to get started on your vacation. One year we noticed the screen door had been ripped on the sliding door of the cottage we rented. We made a call to Kingfisher, left a message and went to the beach. We came back a few hours later to a fixed door. Amazing service! As owners who live in MA Kingfisher gives us total peace of mind. All problems are handled quickly, with great communication and detail, cost are kept down when and if something needs to fixed or replaced. Melinda and Amber are amazing, and so helpful! We highly recommend Kingfisher for all your vacation needs.

We just returned from our very first visit to Captiva Island. We rented a fantastic home called Cupcake through Kingfisher. To be honest I was a little nervous since I didnt know the island or the rental company at all. I had several conversations with Amber and Annie and both were extremely helpful. We decided to rent the home and it was one of the best Spring Break trips ever. Kingfisher is great and very helpful, professional and easy to work with. The home Cupcake was fantastic and I highly recommend this home if you want to be in close proximity to the heart of the village. I would return to the island and work with Kingfisher. The team at Kingfisher was absolutely outstanding! They listened to the needs of my family and suggested a home that perfectly fit our needs, that was also in our price range. The house was beautiful and clean! The Kingfisher team sent us clear instructions on payment, check in, and checkout. The whole process was really easy, and on top of it, we had an amazing vacation! We just booked our second trip with them for Spring 2017, and the customer service was, once again, amazing! I look forward to many more trips using Kingfisher!

My wife and I have been to Sanibel several times in the past and this February was our first booking with Kingfisher Vacations. I dont normally post to these sights but in this case I have made an exception because the service from Kingfisher was outstanding. We booked a new rental home and there were a few kinks to work out but the service from Kingfisher was courteous, caring and prompt.The owner Jeff was caring and Paola, the key staff person, was outstanding. I would highly recommend Kingfisher.

KINGFISHER HAS BEEN A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH A PERSONAL TOUCH. ANY ISSUE THAT AROSE DURING OUR 2 1/2 MONTH STAY WAS HANDLED AND RESOLVED PROMPTLY IN A MOST EFFICIENT MANNER. IF YOU PLAN TO RENT ON SANIBEL/CAPTIVA, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND KINGFISHER. Spacious apartment with wonderful views at both levels and very convenient location. Very well equipped and immaculately maintained. The website description fitted the reality. Kingfisher were very helpful throughout – and speedy responses.
