Im not sure there are words to describe how absolutely phenomenal Cyndi has been. 49 days before our wedding we got notification that our honeymoon was canceled because of flight changes. I was frantic and one of my bridesmaids told me to call Cyndi. I never use travel agents... ever. In desperation, I called Cyndi and explained the situation. Within 24 hours she sent us an email with seven possible honeymoons that were better than our original one and all within the same price. We were booked within three days. We left yesterday morning for our honeymoon and... AGH! Our 1st flight was delayed and we missed our connection. No other flights were leaving for Jamaica. Balling my eyes out on a Sunday morning I called Cyndi. She answered immediately, dropped what she was doing with her personal life and supported us through the process. We spent the night in Charlotte, are leaving for Jamaica today and our entire trip was shift by one day so that we still have a full week in Jamaica. Cyndi, I cant thank you enough. Truly. You are an absolutely amazing travel agent, we felt important to you every step of the way and we will never, ever, travel without you again. Thank you. Rachelle and Jose

Cynthia at Red Amore could not be more helpful and efficient if she tried. I am delighted to recommend her services. When I was given her name as a recommendation from a member of my BNI group I needed a travel agent urgently and did not want to trust the internet. I had just found out my stepfather was about to pass away and I needed to be in the south of France as quickly as possible - and I was stuck in Ohio. From a standing start at 11.30am, I was booked on flights for 6.30pm the same day. She handled all enquiries, contrasted routes, airlines and times, checked against my immigration status (I am not a US citizen) and dealt with poor quality information from me over return dates to make sure I was able to get to where I needed to be as quickly as possible. No question phased her and she communicated promptly by phone and email to make sure I had all the documentation I needed - and even rang me when I was through check-in to ensure it had all gone smoothly. And all this for a price several hundred dollars less than the airline websites themselves were quoting. I cannot recommend Cynthia and her services highly enough. I will certainly be using her for future travel needs.

I have been booking my vacations with Patti Harb for a few years now and she is really great. She makes everything effortless and has a lot of great information and suggestions. She clearly loves what she does and is very passionate about it. The whole process is very easy and the documents you receive are very helpful and keep everything organized. Patti is great at answering any questions when youre planning a trip, and even after you book. She supports you up until the day you leave, and it is really nice that she has been to most of the places in the Caribbean. You can count on honest feedback about locations and resorts and some valuable information if youre traveling to places youve never been before. I dont see why I would book through some of the big travel companies and websites when I get get such great personal service from Patti and get the same great deals.

If only there were 6 stars, then thats what I would give Red Amore Travel. My husband & I decided to go on a last minute 25th Anniversary trip. I contacted Red Amore and they found us a fabulous excursion to Mexico. We werent sure about going to Mexico but Cyndi assured us that we need not be concerned and that All Inclusive resorts were the way to go! Boy, was she right. the resort was beautiful, the food was plentiful and delicious and the service was 5 star. She even contacted management and told them it was our anniversary. We returned to our room one evening to be welcomed by roses, rose petals and chocolate covered strawberries. I highly recommend Red Amore Travel. I cant wait to book our next trip...hopefully a European River Cruise!

Could not ask for a better travel agent ( Patti Harb ) , very knowledgeable on all aspects of travel, a very warm hearted person, know her ins and outs of the travel industry. if we have any questions, shes right on it . being 8:00am in the morning or 10:00pm at night ,she get right back to us ,not with just an answer , but with a explanation also, very thorough in her work. We tell her what we would like to do, and she comes out with the most beautiful places in the world. Patti is amazing, and shes very good at what she does, let me tell ya. shes a keeper. I know we have a travel agent for life, and we pass on our good fortune to our friends and family. Thank you Red Amore Travel, and thank you Patti !

The experience you get when you choose Red Amore Travel to handle your next vacation is unreal. The Red team sits you down in their office and goes over so many options that I would have never been able to even think about if i researched on my own. They also have traveled most of these vacation spots first hand so you can really trust their expertise. They even handle the flights and if you have any problems are quick to help while your on vacation. Best part is with that type of service you would expect their to be a charge but its all included in the vacation fees and they are paid by the resorts! EXCELLENT! Cindy helped create my daughters dream destination wedding! She was so knowledgeable about the different resorts; having been to many of them herself. She told us the pros and cons of each resort. As with most weddings, there were many changes, but Cindy was professional and patient through it all. She made sure everything went smoothly. One family member wanted to book with his own travel agent, instead of Cindy, and ended up at the wrong resort!! Prior to this trip, I had never used a travel agent. The amount of knowledge she has about resorts and destinations is so helpful compared to searching the internet for the deal of the week and having no idea what you are actually getting. Plus, she finds the deals for you and you do not pay her, the companies do! She takes cares of all details from start to finish and any questions are answered promptly. From the moment i stepped into their awesome ofice in Medina i felt welcomed and felt that the staff really wanted to get me to the right destination to fit my budget. I didnt feel like just another number when Cyndi was dealing with me.
