It was Good Friday and the Office was closed. There was a man there outside the front door that tried to help. He couldnt , but he took my member # and info and had someone call me on Monday. Her intentions were good too! But I still didnt get what I wanted, I wanted info about "Bus Tours" in Washington DC this summer. What I got was some maps and a tour book! I already had that from a previous Phone call, I guess some people just dont listen carefully to what someone else is saying!!! I thought I was pretty clear when I said I wanted info about "BUS TOURS". NOT a map, and not a tour book. If you dont have that info, all someone had to say was that it is not available and to look online. If this info IS available, I would still like to have it from AAA. I have used AAA for years and will continue

We have had AAA for about 5years now and they give piece of mind knowing that you can get help of any type with a phone call, and in any car, One time my husband locked the keys in the car at a restaurant, we called AAA and they had our keys to us before we finished diner. I had a client traveling with her 18 year old daughter, FL. to CA. I told her to call AAA to have the card and help plan the trip, when she got back she said she had the best time feeling safe with every thing pre planned. I do recommend you read which service you get though, because if you travel a lot and far from home its worth it to get the better services and extra tows.

On the 19th of March, I attended the AAA Safe Drivers Program. I was surprised to learn of some changes to the standard practices of just a few years ago, such as the accepted areas to place your hands on the steering wheel. It used to be at 10 & 2 oclock. Now the accepted placement is at 8 & 4. Personally, I find it a little awkward, and harder to manipulate on hard left/right turns. The program was very informative, the instructor was very knowledgeable and hospitable, snacks and drinks were provided, and an enjoyable time was had by all. I am looking forward to the next program, "Sure Fit", in the coming months.

I have been a member since 1979 and have had nothing but good experiences from AAA. Over time we have had problems on the road which were quickly and efficiently resolved. I have only one complaint. That is the computer generated trip ticks. I not only dislike them --- I HATE them!!!! They do not provide the information that the former printed ones did, for example, the city maps and local roads. And much more. Is there any way I can again find some place to acquire this type of trip ticks? I am sure I am not alone on this as I have heard others complain.

We recently purchased AAA auto club. We never had before. W/in a week we needed to put it to use. We called AAA and they were very professional, nice & very helpful. They sent a tow truck to pick up my husband who had broken down over an hour away from home. When AAA stated a tow truck was on the way, we fully expected the wait would be an hour or so. Surprise! a very pleasant one, the tow truck showed up w/in 15-20 mins. They drove my husband and towed our vehicle back to our home town. And all was well w/AAA. I will be sure to renew every year.

New to Florida. AAA was one of the first places we visited to change our membership. Already had auto insurance but asked the rep to contact us at renewal time and she did. First time ever that has happened with any insurance rep we had. She was professional, polite and had our quote in less than a day. Since it was less costly than what we had, we changed over. The whole process could not have been easier. Great people in the Ocala office. Cant say enough good things about them.

We are so lucky here in Ocala to have such a wonderful AAA conveniently located right on St.Rd.200 with a staff thats great! We reserved concert tickets for an upcoming show in December and were assigned perfect seats with a package plan that includes a hotel within walking distance of the show. They even made suggestions of places we should see while in the area! They thought of everything! Couldnt ask for more than that! Im sure youll feel the same way! D. Bailey

It was as long or as short as you chose this experience to be. I like that. I gathered many brochures and a great deal of information to take home with me so I could browse at my leisure. The bags provided could have been larger; however, I am booked on a Viking cruise so they gave me a much larger bag in which to carry my treasures. It was very informative and I am sharing with others so that they can also benefit from my experience.

I have been a AAA member for almost 2 years and never realized just how much is available. My husband and I had our passport photos taken for no charge. I have used my AAA card for discounts at various stores and for vacation reservations. The very helpful people in the Ocala office took care of a complaint so easily, it was like nothing had ever happened! I am very happy knowing there is a local AAA office with such lovely people.

I went to see Lou to get auto insurance/homeowners insurance. He was very pleasant to work with. Ive actually had been emailing for quotes and questions which he was always very quick to reply. After meeting him in person I signed up for insurance which he was able to save me quite a bit of money on the yearly policy. Thank You, Lou!!!! I would highly recommend AAA. My family of 5 have been members for years.

Jane Weagley was very, very good and did more than we expected. She worked very diligently to set up our European Tour for me and my granddaughter. She did get us on the same flight back to the USA. Ive never had a bad experience here. An insurance agent found me a nicely priced auto policy with a major company and a 12 month premium period! No more rate increases every six months. Got a passport photo in less than ten minutes and got documents notarized (for free) in about the same time. Well pleased with both the products and service.
