Although we made the best out of our trip we didnt get what we promised when we booked our vacation! I was told that all the hotels on the premises get express passes to rides and that was false but I had nothing to compare that too cause we had never been to the area. When I called the agency to talk to them about it they told me they never told me that. That was one of the main things that I wanted in the package!!! I even asked on the way out the door! She told me that every hotel have express passes to their hotel guests.I also wanted a food plan and drink plan and they couldnt help me either. When I got to the hotel, the ticket lady told me that they offer drink and food plans when booking with them. In the long run, I believe that I spent more money than I should have. Im very disappointed and I will not be booking again with this agency.

This agency has the best bootcamp for new agents. They really answer a lot of questions that you have as a new agent starting out in the industry. And, there are a ton of really nice people who will pick up your phone call, and answer any of your questions. I am so greatfull to have these men and women supporting my business.
