"Ive been blessed to be able to travel with my wife on some very memorable trips, none of which would have been as incredible without the support and assistance of my friends at Travel Leaders. I was first introduced to Travel Leaders by my wifes parents who had booked some cruise vacations through the agency. I was told, "Call Connie, shell take good care of you..!". Little did I know how true that statement would be. Over the past 5 years, Connie, Joan, Chris, and the rest of the staff at Travel Leaders have become my friends and have provided me with 5-star service. One of the things that I love about Connie is she knows me & my wife like we are best friends. Whenever I call, stop in, or email Connie she provides me with undivided attention. She knows my likes & dislikes, and has a wealth of knowledge & experience to recommend what she feels is is best for me. Joan and the rest of the staff are the same way, if I contact Joan on Connies day off, Joan takes care of things quickly & efficiently. I feel comfortable asking Connie or any of the staff a question regarding travel even if I am not using their services for that particular occasion. They give me straight-forward unbiased feedback and ultimately leave the decision in my hands. Sure, you can save some money by trying to book your travel by yourself, but "Why?" when you have a team that treats you like their VIP client. I will be a loyal customer & friend for life!!! Thank you Travel Leaders...

I have used this travel agency for my past four bookings, specifically with Kathy Yarian. Most recently my self, my wife and two teenage kids went to Punta Cana 3/18 - 3/24/2016. Anytime I had a question, Kathy was always available to help. About a week before we left, Kathy got us upgraded to a NOW resort. If you have not stayed in one of these resorts, you wont be disappointed. She got us the upgrade for the same price and had an awesome time. The reason I keep coming back to Kathy, and Travel Leaders is we get the same great service every time.They make travel so easy that all you have to do is show up to the airport. She even solved a small hiccup that happened at the end of our trip that didnt even involve the travel company. They go above and beyond and have a customer for life. Thanks Kathy and Travel Leaders!

This company doesnt even deserve 1 star for how we were treated. Incredibly unprofessional business. Youre better off booking your vacation yourself. I made countless attempts at contacting them through phone and email to get our trip together.. even dropped by unnanounced because no one would give me a response since i wanted to book our trip. I got nothing but attitude for walking in without an appointment! They refused to help me and claimed they were so busy.... for the last week?! They get very defensive when you inquire about their pricing/breakdown of cost so you have no idea where your money is going. Terrible experience. Im not really sure how they are even still in business. There are plenty of travel companies close by that put the customer first... this one does not!
