Using this agency for travel was the worst decision we made. We wanted to go to Hawaii for a week and one of their agents was willing to help us with that. We thought it would be easier to plan the vacation with the travel agency, however, it was a complete disaster. First of all, we asked the agent to make sure, that our sits on the plane are good and one of them is near the window. That was not supposed to be a problem, because it was 7 months before the departure date. The agent told us we have good sits before we left. All the flights I was sitting right next to the toilet,none of us has a window sit. We were sitting in a different rows on the way back! The agent also did not tell us anything about the hidden fees in the hotel and our tour to the museum was booked for sunday-the day, museum is closed! There are many other small things, but in general, the agent completely failed to provide the service, that was promised to us.

Theres no place to park your car nearby. Kind of ironic that AAA picked such an anti-car location for their office.
