Called today to make an appointment to get an international drivers license. They answered the phone fairly quickly and told me everything I would need to bring with me. Got to the office and they were busy. Filled out the forms and made it through in about 10 minutes. The woman that filled out my paperwork was nice and efficient. The office needs an update and is fairly cluttered with computers sitting on peoples desk, miscelleanous papers scattered about and old furniture.

So I think thats an insolence on Friday I was there at the opening times. The door was closed, the light was on and a blonde woman was at the desk and pretended that to not see me, I knocked on the door and they showed no reaction, then looked secretly at her computer by if Im still here. I knocked again and no reaction, whats that for a customer something unfriendly. She saw me, if she has no desire to work then she should look for another job.

not a good place to go when looking for information unless you actually have a aaa membership. they didnt require an appointment which was nice but we were planning a trip and the agent couldnt give us any prices or specifics on group tours and travel.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced! I called 3 times to leave messages and sent 2 e-mails with NO reply whatsoever!!! Never going to deal with them again....Actually if I could, I would give no stars.

Excellent customer service. Phone call and all questions were answered immediately. No appointment necessary, walked in, got my picture taken, walked out with international drivers license.

The only thing I would say is that they dont do walk-ins for towing. Otherwise, excellent service.
