So thankful for Puja travels. I made travel preparations to India and they made process as seamless and smooth as possible; far easier than searching for tickets myself online and ensuring timings are correct and logistics work, etc. They take into consideration your needs from the beginning and within hours, present you with several options. Most importantly, however, is how they dealt with me when I missed a flight and was in dire need of help. I unfortunately missed a flight from TPA locally to MIA en route to India, this was secondary to very long lines in airport/TSA. As a result, AA and Qatar canceled my ENTIRE reservation to India (since I missed the first leg) both going/coming back from India! I was told the ticket is completely nonrefundable, it was my fault, and if I wanted to go to India, Id need to buy a last minute ticket at full price; even more, the next ticket out was not for another 10 days! I immediately called Puja travels in panic on the floor of the airport, and within hours I manage to get a FULL credit (on an otherwise non-refundable ticket) and was booked on next flight the following day. It was a miracle how easy they did this. I was shocked how rude/unhelpful the airlines were, but thankful for how kind Puja Travels was. When they heard my situation, they dropped everything and solely work towards getting me on the next possible flight. I dont plan on booking another flight to India without them!

Pathetic...would never recommend any one to go ..i have never seen such a unprofessional owner who has no sense to talk to client . She runs the company without having any knowledge ,and top of it shows lot of attitude and very insulting and humiliating behavior .I regret to book my tickets thru them it was a night mare to deal with the staff and off course the great owner , the great Ms Amee. I request not to go to them if you want to travel safe and at peace . She issued me wrong ticket and top of it arrogantly in louder voice shouting at me while i was at airport and i was not allowed to board the flight because of her lack of knowledge .She was shouting at me and was telling me that she was helping me out ??????? As a courtesy i had wished her Happy Diwali and look at her attitude she dint bother to reply to her client who gives her business ??????? Instead of apologizing for her mistake she was shouting at me ?????? And top of it she was telling me that she is helping me out ?????? What the F....... They dont have any humanity ,trust me hence making you all conscious not to book tickets from her and dont welcome humiliation and problems and please dont mess with your trip .

Very poor service. Actually no service. Nobody answers your calls. People are very rude and ditch you with the price when you decide to book. They shouted at my wife for asking for the fare they had assured on the phone while she went to book. They talk as if they are doing a favor by booking the tickets. You will feel a sense of achievement (at the cost of your pride of course) after you book tickets with them. It is a hoax. Book at your own peril!!!

I would not recommend anyone to go with this travel agency, I had a very tress ful experience with these people till last minute of my traver. They are very irresponsible careless and inpolite once you have perched ticket from them. I lost the money they issued the wrong ticket by misrepresentation.... Think 10 times before you guys buying ticket from them.....

Dont!!! They will reserve your ticket for you and when someone else wants to buy it and they are getting more money from them, they will sell the ticket to someone else and tell you that yours was not "conformed". Even though we bought ours 2 months ago. (Worst experience of my life! It made me want to get online and make a review about them)

went there for the first time, the customer service was fantastic, me and my girlfriend (asian) wanted to get a ticket to multiple country. first to india and then to china. they helped us getting the best ticket with lowest price. really happy. will recommend.

Deliberate postpone to book ticket to let price increase. Then they tell that price is not available. Book with them for a heavy head and a light pocket!
