Lo peor de lo peor! Ladrones bandoleros de lo peor! Si quieres oir cuento tras cuento y que al final te roben tu paquete, este es el lugar perfecto para tu envío! Yo mandé tres paquetes para Cuba y ha sido la pesadilla más grande que he tenido en mi vida. El sinismo de la señora Patricia es impresionante! La tranquilidad con la que los justifica y te dice que ya llegarán tus paquetes, o que están llenos de paquetes por entregar y que es por eso después de tres meses aún no entregan nada, o que una vez que están en Cuba ya ella no tiene nada que ver! Yo los voy a demandar con el BBB porque lo mínimo que merecen es que les cierren el negocio y los metan presos a esa partida de ratas!

I requested translation of documents from Spanish in to English and the translation is just ugly, is substandard, there are critical omissions and several gross mistranslations --not to mention the poor English syntax and grammar  Do not request any translations from this place, . This people change my wife lay over for 8 hours. I call the airline & they say was done by the travel agency... Never was send E-mail, call text nothing.... Go some place else..... Not to be Trusted !!!!
