I was scheduled to sail with carnival on 9/17/17 declined insurance because of past bad experience trying to collect due to a emergency they declined to pay my emergency flat tire was no excuse to miss the shipi spoke to the supervisor at prestige she was rude, uncaring, zero understanding, lier, stole over 900 dollars, no compensation,,I called carnival instead they will take care of me like she could of done but they stand behind stealing your money I am a senior citizen look up their past

This is our second year using Prestige Travel. The entire team is great, but I had the pleasure of working directly with Scott. You know you are going to get excellent service as well as affordable prices when using Prestige. We just returned from a 7 day Norwegian Escape cruise and we had unlimited drinks and specialty dining. Our trip was absolutely amazing!! Scott, thanks for making our anniversary so special (again). We received Excellent customer service from the team at Travel Service Center. Letetia and Jessie were readily available to assist and coordinate all our cruise requirements. Our initial cruise was cancelled due to hurricane and they helped secure new dates and made arrangements so we could dine and room with friends on the same cruise. Everything was Absolutely perfect! When we needed them to check on things or make changes it was done in a very timely manner with the utmost kindness. This is the best travel agency in Tampa by far. Super friendly and a very smart staff. I always thought booking travel online was the cheapest. Was I wrong. They will beat Internet prices while making suggestions to improve your vacation. Expedia wont do that. The office is nice and new and the team is professional. They do it all too. A little gem here!!!
