Estuve en Casa Dorada el pasado Julio del 2017, Casa Dorada nos dio buen servicio. Pero la compania Globalquest Travel quien tiene una oficina en el 4TO piso Hotel , nos vendio una plataforma digital de reservaciones que a mi entender da buenas ofertas , pero no cumple con las expectativas para lo que cuesta , ni oara lo que me vendieron, las buenas ofertas estan disponibles para lugares especificos y no son todo el ano y ademas, cuando firmas el contrato, solo te dan (5) dias para cancelarlo, sin emabargo el acceso a la plataforma te lo envian 7 dias , con lo cual ni siquiera has tenido acceso a la pagina para ver sus supuestas bondades, despues ,cuando ya no pouedes hacer nada. Eso es una trampa y una falta de respeto, por que el dia de la presentacion, tampoco te lo dicen. luego de lo 5 dias tienes que pagar una panalida del 50% del total del contrato, es una trampa y me parece una falta de respeto que Hotel Casa Dorada se preste para esta sucia y enganosa presentacion. La respresentante de Globalguest travel en Miami, llamada Vanesa al contarala via telefonica, estuvo de acuerdo que es injusto , pero se limito a que eran las condicones dle contrato y acepto que las condicones de que hasta los 7 dias no entregan el acceso a la pagina no aparece en el contrato. por favor Casa Dorada es un excelente Hotel, no permitan que esto manche la estancia que tan lindo lugar

I have been an Independent Travel Agent and big fan of Global Travel International for over 20 years now. They are not perfect but much better that any other company I have seen out there. I became a travel agent to save money on my own travel (hotels and car rentals) then I referred a couple of people and received commission checks for their travel. The hotel discounts are the best part for me since I generally save between 20-40% off of Marriott, Hilton, Starwood using their wholesale rates or qualifying for a travel agent discount (50% off rate) when available. Wholesale rates are generally always available vs Travel agent discounts that are sometimes available. Car rental discounts are 10-30% off using their corporate negotiated rates Avis, Hertz, National, etc. I know they have big cruise discounts that they offer to their Independent Travel Agents and customers. I dont cruise so I really dont pay attention to the cruises.

I try to give companies the benefit of doubt, but Im very disappointed with GTI Travel Agency. I signed up last year, this year I get a charge of $199 and some change. When I called to inquire bout the credit they couldnt find me in their system, then said they couldnt refund me my money because I was charged back in May but they just taking the money out in July. And heres the kicker I cant even access the website, its saying my account is no longer active. I will definitely not be renewing my membership I promise you that. P. S. They said I should have received a notice before they was going to charge my account no I didnt receive anything.

Been doing business with Global Travel for the past 3 years, and recently book 2 apple trips with them, and never got paid. When we called customer service they said we needed to call apple directly to straighten it out. We booked both trips with GTI, and Apple but they refused to pay us for the trips that would have been over $500.00 in commission. The rep T. Reid keep giving me ever excuse in the book on why they wouldnt pay us. Major rip off save your money. They offer the world, but a big waste of time, and money. Read Better Business Bureau post
