My husband and I had a one of your salesman name Kevin, in St George street St Augustine, continuously harass us and was very belligerent after we nicely refused his approach. After we asked him to stop, he continued using his hard sale approach . When I mentioned that I might talk with his supervisor when he wouldnt stop, he laughed out loud and said that his boss would not have a problem with his behavior and continued to talk over me. He continued in this matter for quite sometime. Walking away was not the answer because he continued to yell at us down the street. We are local residents, not tourist, and have had many conversations with both tourists, locals, as well as business owners we who all have had negative experiences as well. We are used to walking passed this booth frequently and we have NEVER had anyone approach us in this manner. This was above and beyond a salesman trying to be assertive.

SCAM-SCAM-SCAM!!!!! They pose at tourist info, but are not. We went in asking about hotels and they proceeded to tell us that everything was full, BUT they thought they could get us into the Quality Inn at a cut rate. Then they started in on some presentation they wanted us to watch and if we did they with give us a check for $90. A smelled a rat and walked out saying no thank you. The good reviews of this set up sure look like fakes to me.

would use great caution on these people -- do not be fooled by favorable reviews -all are written by their employess ( such as Tim Henshaw) he was the one who took our credit card for 599.00 -but we quickly asked for a refund when we had the good sense to google these people -- always remember -if it sounds to good to be true -it is always a scam .. review -review -everything before signing up !!
