Straightforward "presentation" about vacation ownership, Left without buying --we already own timeshare. No hard sell -- good move. The free trip/flights were then ours to coordinate. OMG - what a pain. Millennium made us take multiple steps requiring costly certified mail, all of which could have been secured up front. They string you to the end, but the "free trip" was MORE EXPENSIVE than if Id bought it myself! Plus they screwed up the dates after all that "confirmation.". The two free condo/timeshare nights and flights total nearly $400! I can get two round-trip flights for about half that! With my travel writing contacts, I can certainly stay somewhere more convenient for less, for free or for about the same. These guys mislead, bait and switch, and act without integrity. While the initial program/selling seemed logical and clear, their travel promotions are a scam. I would not dare send money to them for this trip even if the cost did make sense. Stay away. Far, far away.

If I could give them zero stars I would! This company is a total ripoff. They were supposed to send us plane tickets and a hotel voucher because we attended a travel seminar. They said they received my form but because it was not sent certified they cancelled the offer. They received my form on time but they just used this loophole to avoid sending the travel voucher. Total ripoff! The girl on the phone, Cassandra, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this schlocky company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was given a voucher for going to a hard sell for vacations. I filled out the voucher and sent in the check as requested. They never contacted me. So I finally called them and they said that they had sent me an email with the "offer" and it had expired. The email went into spam (google considers their email spam!). I looked at the "offer" and they had tacked on $495 in "fees" for this FREE trip. Clearly they are a fraud and ripoff site. STAY AWAY!

I really hope that this company is investigated soon! Initially, I submitted my paperwork just as specified in their guidelines. We went back and forth 3 times, until I finally called and spoke to a supervisor and told her to give me 3 good dates. They play you like cat and mouse just to wear you down ~ I am done playing cat and mouse with this company! Sham!!!!!

Cash Transactions

For months I have been trying to get a deposit refund which they authorized yet keep getting the run around. Check mailed, stop payment, changing banks...on and on after repeated letters and calls. Cant talk with anyone in authority. This is a dishonest company by all actions and am reporting to State of Florida...strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs

Our trip was perfect, we did nothing... while leaving 3 young kids at home was exactly what we were looking for. We expected the excursion solicitations so that wasnt a big deal. We enjoyed doing nothing at the resort and not thinking to much about the meal plans. Im glad we had your help. Thanks for everything you provided. Best Regards.

Absolutely a SCAM. These guys are horrible and they actually sleep with their SCAM each night. Just walk away quickly, DO NOT SEND MONEY, and trust that they get caught and put in a bad situation, as their Karma will put them anyway. Such an unfortuante company to deal with.

The sales staff is very rude, while I talked them them trying to plan our trip I could hear them typing & doing other things & they seemed bothered that I had questions. The restrictions on their travel promotions are so limited most people could never use them.

This company has numerous comlaints against it in a number of States. They will NOT honor their promise to give you free tickets and hotel. They will delay on procedural quibbles and/or giove you a hotel that is hours away from your destination airport.
