This was the second time we booked a trip through Hartville Travel. Both experiences were fantastic. Options were given in terms of packages and as we made adjustments to our plans, updated pricing and information was provided. While our first trip went smoothly, this time around our hotel was not clean and the air conditioning was broken. We called Tom, and even though we didnt purchase the insurance, he was able to get a refund from the hotel and move us to a much nicer one with a beautiful view. He called us with updates throughout the morning as he worked on our issue and kept us informed. We now know the importance of purchasing the insurance, as it would have been a lot easier to get the refund had we had it. We will certainly book our vacations through Hartville Travel in the future.
