Its not ok for an Employee to make fun its gym members! I was told that I couldnt have a gym bag in the gym(even though Ive brought in a bag for over a year) so I went out and put it in my car. When I came back inside this employee Alex was with friends who were looking directly at me laughing as he was talking to them which lasted several minutes. I am especially frustrated because this employee allowed at least 2 other gym members who were just a few feet away to keep their bags with them (one of which was as big as a suitcase) and one had a gallon of water which apparently is also against the rules. In addition to being told I cant bring a bag into the gym I was told that tank tops and gallon jugs of water arent allowed. I wasnt wearing a tank top and I only drink 20oz bottles of water. When I pointed out 3 people walking by who all had tank tops on he was annoyed with me and didnt know how to respond. I have always kept quiet and never dropped weights and always cleaned up after myself and others while the employees are up front talking with their buddies or out on the floor talking with their friends. I let all of this slide but now that the rules are to be enforced with me Ill make sure the employees are also held accountable to do what theyre paid to do instead of hang out with their friends. I have used this gym to lose 20lbs and drastically improve my body and now that I have definition I am being singled out and punished by an envious employee? This is just wrong in so many ways. Dont talk badly about the gym members Alex! Planet Fitness is a Judgement Free Zone. You need to learn to follow the rules first before singleing me out about my little small gym bag.

I really love going here since it has many amenities that are beneficial, especially if you have the black card membership. But my complaint is the scale they have in the locker rooms. Its inaccurate and Im not just saying by a few pounds, but by 10-30 pounds more or less than what a person really weighs. They need a new one and Ive spoken to someone at the front desk about it before months ago, but still the same one. Ive been to other less impressive gyms before with better weighing machines/scales than this place.

Its a really great place it only has a few problems for instance they need to order more 45-pound plates because they definitely run out and there is not enough inside this gym also every single month they need to clean the filters for the air conditioners they get black dirty and they look like cake and its disgusting and it needs to be clean every month. The staff is nice and there is lots of great parking and its a new place so its very good

I became a member of Planet Fitness when a Golds Gym was in the building...many, many years ago. Generally come at 5:30 AM several days a week. We are like a family there, as everyone knows one another and we look out after each other. You will like Planet Fitness, as its staff and equipment are super Cant say enough good things about them, and they didnt ask me to say this about them!.

The staff member its incredibly amazing like family..no miss judgment..or disrespect or disorganized..everything clean they care for everyone ..I am very much happy..proud to have near home..again..I really recommend it...you wont regret it...stay active...God bless you all... What I love every machine..but the stair master the best..the massage room omg..cant ask for more...

Great Price. The place is big enough to handle the membership. I never have to wait for a cardio machine and there are multiples of most of the weight training machines. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly. If you are looking to get in a workout in air conditioning without all the frills of classes and whatnot.... this is your place.

Unfriendly staff who tried to force me to work out faster. Its called a cool down period. I dont want to tear something, but apparently them only having one butterfly press machine while others complain they need another isnt a concern...

I love it! I am a beefy chick and I feel 100% comfotable. Even with the women that have been born to work out. No one cares what you are there to do. Every one minds their business. Staff is friendly and informative and its very clean..

Four young, inexperienced girls working up front. Sales is not much of a concern, I asked to meet the manager but she never stopped her conversation with co-worker about her weekend. Price is right, thats about it.

Newer gym that seems well maintained. Free weight selections are less than what you can find at other gyms but they have a enough machines to get a decent workout.
