I have been trying to get rid of this garbage "gym" for years (literally) I moved an hour away about two years ago and still had to go to the gym to cancel my account! Mind you it was a bunch of young kids running around at the time, more interested in each other then work! I went to my bank this week and found out they have been charging me $21.45 for over a year after cancellation, I wish I checked this account more often to see it sooner but its not an account we really use and its a lower number so it kind of camouflage its way through our bills! I contacted corporate and they were understanding and contacted the store! The store called me and gave me the most b.s excuse..."the didnt have my form" funny, maybe you should not hire kids to do cancellation forms then! Maybe just maybe you would have my form... On top of it the manager said she would cancel it but she would not return the hunrdeds of dollars they stole from me! I recieved the cancellation form she wrote up and its not even my signature doesnt even have to correct last initial.. I have never ever had this issue with another company before.. The lack of responsibility was unbelievable! The manager Jamie was obviously not well trained and decided to start speaking to me like she was a detective, when I said two years since cancellation she corrected me and said "funny that doesnt add up because it was two years ago you opened the account" my jaw dropped and I responded I said about I dont have exact date, as well as the fact that I really didnt use their gym for very long after sign up for two reasons I moved and I actually care about my health! That place is not a gym they question your clothing, you cant actually "workout" without the out of shape personnel asking you to keep it down! Not to mention the serve pizza and bagels??!?!? It is a Big scam! Go to a real gym, dont believe there is gym intimidation thats their scam to keep ppl heavy and out of shape! I will be going to the media about this scam and the hundreds of dollars stolen From me, with social medial now it wont take long for their business to get a bad reputation! Be aware of the scam!m go to LA fitness or a legitimate gym!

I was using the smith machine when i made a grunt noise to get the bar locked on to the hook so it did not crush me. Just then the manger comes storming across the gym and tells me to knock off the grunt. sorry lady if i am about to be crushed by 300 pounds. I think if her safety was on the line she would have done the same thing. She goes away,then 10 minutes later she comes back over and asks my buddy who grunted. ok lady now you are looking for reasons to mess with us.Now I feel uncomfortable working out there. I will be canceling my membership asap. I would advise anyone looking for a gym to do there homework and research all the lawsuits planet fitness has against there membership policys... Then they say how friendly their staff is, only friendly when signing you up. customer service sucks at this place.. THINK TWICE ABOUT PLANET FITNESS

I go here 3 to 4 times a week. The employees are always very welcoming. There has not been a day that they have not asked how I was and made sure I had all I need. The equipment is always in very good shape and is always clean. They have a decent size mens locker room with showers, restroom, lockers and a scale. They have tvs all the way across the front of the room so you can watch from just about every cardio machine. They have all different kinds of weights to the front. They even have a 30 minute workout and 15 minute abs section. So for $10 a month it is very worth it. I have paid more fore less and with a lot less friendly staff. You will never be judged for how you look or how you do things.

I love this gym the staff is very friendly and the gym is very clean every time i go there. I love the atmosphere to people dont judge you and there machines are purple and yellow which is awesome because those two colors go great together. I always feel welcomed every time i go to the gym and work out. And i always feel comfortable which is a great thing. I would also like to say Ashley who is one of the staff members is my favorite staff member no offense to any other staff members. But shes really pretty and very nice they all are but i think shes the nicest. I would recommended this gym to anyone.

They say its no judgement, but if you accidentally drop any weights they sound an alarm and make everyone look at you, calling you a "lunk" If you move out of state and forgot to close your account, too bad. You have to fly/drive/swim all the way back just to cancel. Nothing else matters. Same old shady gym membership. Load of crap. I dont care if their exercise equipment was nice; they have these bull crap rules I mentioned because they depend on ripping people off. Bad ethics. Never again. 1/10. Will lift rocks without a contract in stead.

Staff are very nice. Not overly crowded at the time I go. I was able to do my full routine without having to pull teeth. Tanning beds are really nice as well. Not necessarily the nicest PF Ive been in, but I suspect thats because it is not as new as others Ive gone to (based on my assumptions looking at some of the equipment). The main criticisms I would have really boil down to layout (though that was actually helpful in my workout) and the lack of individual screens for cardio (which I did not do). I still give it a thumbs up logo.

nice gym but for older people. majority of the gym is dedicated to cardio rather than lifting. i would not join this gym though. they will screw you come time for your annual fee. if you choose to cancel it and it is not seven days before the annual fee, you will still have to pay the $50 annual fee. even though you will not be using the gym for the given year, you have to pay. six days before the annual fee? too bad. pay up. and worse....no corporate office to contact!!!! DO NOT JOIN

Shouldve heeded Real reviews; staff DNGF about your time; Shady shart before youre in the door. Having limited time to exercise, I called ahead for rates & drove the 30 mins for their GOTCHA! Fine-print BS once AT the place Ready to work-out. It was three TIMES the rate quoted. Glad their public-relations seems to have a sense of humor, but it wont replace the Lost time & Trust of current Or potential clients. Good luck to all stuck w/ those contracts

I called in to cancel my membership. I was told I needed to come in and cancel in person. So I did just that. The next month? $42 for annual fee and membership fees charged to my account. When I called and spoke to their management I was basically told too bad. That I needed to prove I canceled because they had no record of it. Seems like a shady way of doing business. I recommend you try another gym in town. Im not a fan of being called a liar.
