Excellent gym, fantastic selection of training equipment. Very well maintained gym. The fitness programs include Circuit training, B-Fit, Zumba, Silver sneakers.The staff there are friendly and experience. The owners are sweet and down to earth. I love this place, so far the best gym I have ever joined..

I love it because as it says anytimes..well it is exactly any times you want, and all members has their own key to clock in..plus everyone mind there own business also the machines are great and reliable..I feel very comfortable, and the music is tolerable..not too loud so you get to play your own too.

I absolutely love this gym! The owners and staff are very professional and friendly, always greeting me with a smile. The gym is always spotless and they are always working to make improvements and meet the desires of their members. I wouldnt dream of going to any other gym! Ever!
