VJC KITCHEN AND BATH INNOVATIONS

After being regular U-Haul renters for many years literally knowing us by name at a different branch. We walk into this one and they said we wasnt even in the system then said we couldnt use a bank card we had to have a major credit card to rent which we dont have so they let us charge the price to the bank card but would only let us get the truck because they demanded the registration to our personal vehicle like they are going to hold it hostage and then we only had the truck for a few hours brought it back early with more gas than what we got it with and now they are saying we went over and owe $10 and if my husband dont leave work early to pay the $10 they are sending it to collection at midnight. This place sounds like a serious case of harassment and after being regular renters with uhaul we will not be returning to any uhauls this is pathetic and unacceptable. They wont give back our registration or nothing until that $10 is paid and will send it to collections because they wont let us come tomorrow. Very rude and disrespectful. This place was an embarrassment to U-Haul and the the woman that was in there I felt very offended because it was like she was flirting with my husband like she wanted to take him in the back. She was WAY older and BIGGER and like brown/reddish hair and the way she was talking to him was very flirty and then being a woman who flirts she started to flip her hair trying to be cute and then when she walked him out to get the registration and get the truck ready she was just walking in front of my husband just WAY OVER shaking her butt . She was doing it on purpose because I watched her walk out with other customers and she walked completely different way with them. She was shaking it so far I thought her hips was going to break It was quit embarrassing and to top it off I was standing there watching her do this in front of me and our 4 kids. I was extremely upset that I started crying when we left. Like what do they run a prostitute ring to get you t o rent a truck. Come on now that is unexceptable and the worst uahul we have EVER been to and now we wont be returning to none. VERY UPSETTING. I do not recommend the Uhaul at 10601 ST.RT 52 IN HUDSON FL TO NOONE. unless you want to be harassed and embarrassed and extremely pd off. Very poorly ran. That was our first and DEFINETLY our LAST! I feel sorry for you if you have to go there if I were you I would drive to Tampa before going to this one. Watch out ladys woman alert trying to pick up anyone half way descent looking dont matter if your standing right there with your kids or not. Very inappropriate. Funny thing was she acted like that and made her self look completely stupid because my husband laughed at her when we left of how stupid she looked. It was very embarrassing. Sorry honey we have been HAPPILY married for 16 years. Try on the next one!

Management has changed twice since December and this place is a disaster. Newest manager, Kathleen (or something similar) has the rudest customer service skills I have ever experienced. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. In Feb we were told a truck we had rented 2 months prior had damage and we were responsible, even though their paperwork clearly stated there was no damage when we returned it. It was a hassle, but it was all sorted out when we provided signed paperwork from their employee. Now, we are being told our last cash payment wasnt processed, and that management team is no longer with the company so there is nothing they can do. This new manager literally told my fiancé to shut up. Is this how Uhaul teaches their employees to treat long time customers???? Will be moving our things out and never using Uhaul storage again.

Half of my stuff was destroyed by some sort of substance that Im not sure what it is. We had it all over our stuff and I had to throw away a good chunk of the stuff that I put in storage. I used it for about three months the first month was free which was great. But the lady has doesnt have insurance on her storage unit so it was a bit of a pain in the ass to do certain things. But aside from them theyre really nice to me and very cordial.

The "manager" was very rude and kept insisting we were immigrants and wanted to see our green card. Not sure if that was an insult or an actual request. We rented truck because we had to but will never go back there again. Im a frequent renter of uhauls and theres usually no problem and im very pleased. Stay away from this location for sure.

I called told them I was coming for propane and I had a baby on car. Girl said come on by it takes a minute and you can park next to door. Well... I get there 4 minutes after the call to a locked door. Rang bells. Waited 15 minutes and left.

Management is horrible and place falling apart. Never ever will i use any uhaul service. Very un secure storage
