This place is a rip-off and cannot be trusted to do work other than the occasional oil change. Heres my story: I usually get my oil changed and tires rotated here, not anymore. Last time I had them do a courtesy check and they told me that my valve gasket was leaking, along with a list of other things. I knew this was wrong because I had just looked at it the day before, so I ignored it. A few days later my car was spewing oil, so I looked and I believe that they loosened my valve cover and added too much oil (even after leaking alot [I could see it all over my engine and on the ground] the dip stick still said it was full). This would cause extra pressure on the gasket seal, resulting in its rupture. Ive heard other similar stories about them causing problems to cars so that you will come back to get it fixed. The mechanics talk down to you and I have always felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Bottom line: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. There are plenty of trustworthy mechanics in the area.

This place is the stereotypical rip-off mechanic. They do whatever they can to get as much of your money as possible. This opinion is not just from one incident. Their estimate for some brake work I needed was over $600; thinking this was quite high, I took it to Tire Kingdom. They charged a little over $300 for the exact same thing. An acquaintance, who happens to be female, went there for an oil change. She called in advance and they said $20. She took it in, waited for the oil change, and went to pay, only to find out that they were trying to charge almost twice as much. They proceeded to talk down to her and treat her like an idiot (I hate to say it, but probably cuz shes female), and tell her she needed all these things fixed on her car. I know enough about cars to know that all these things did not need fixed. Bottom line: this place is deceitful and misleading. Do not go here for anything, unless you enjoy burning money.

After dropping my vehicle off early to get an oil change the man said it shouldnt take long. I had a friend pick me up, we drove by an hour later and my vehicle was sitting in the same spot when I dropped it off. Four hours later the manager calls back stating at least $1000 worth of issues with my car I knew I didnt have. I asked him if my car was finished and he said not yet that hed call me when it was. Two hours later no call so I had my friend drop me off. The manager wasnt there and the front desk guy couldnt find my paper work. I will never go back and hope that my experience prevents someone from wasting the time I did. The issues with my car the manager claimed it had were checked out with a local mechanic and was told there was nothing wrong with my car. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Boyfriend made an appointment to get one of his tires changed online because it blew out the day before. We drop off the car and physically show them the one tire he needed changed. Come back hours later and they have changed all FOUR of the cars tires. Then proceed to try to make him pay for all four because his online appointment said he wanted four new tires. We pulled up our confirmation from the online appointment which said one tire only. Then we get attitude because the store is closed and theres nothing they can do. We then ask to leave the car there so it can be fixed tomorrow. Nope! Asked to leave and come back in the morning. Got a no to that as well! So when we refused to pay for a $500 bill that should have been $100 they fixed the issue, not even one apology. NEVER GO HERE!

It is unfortunate that I have to leave this review, I have used this shop for many years and my family does as well. I went in because my AC went out. They told me that it was "the worst case scenario for an AC system". After telling me it would be around $1,000 to fix I called a friend of mine that has a shop and I took it to him instead to save some money. After filling it the AC kicked back on and he found a leak in one of the hoses. He fixed the leak in my AC has been running colder than ever and hasnt lost any Freon since. the AC system works fine. Either they are dishonest or incompetent, either one is not good. They have now lost my entire familys business because they wanted to make a thousand off of me.

WARNING: Do you have too much time, money, and patience? Bring in your car to Tires Plus; they will take all three off your hands real quick. #1 Tell me how I can be charged for an hour and a half worth of work when the parts needed to fix my car were not at the service location until 30 minutes before closing, if you know you can do the job in a half hour why do you have a standard rate of an hour and a half. Also don’t take it upon yourself to do extra work that I don’t want or want to pay for. Since I was unable to make a BBB complaint, I emailed the risk management supervisor Ms. Elianne L. Kempsell, and I will let you know how that goes. Reviews online tell me not to get my hopes up.

Horrible business! They scammed me into buying a belt that I did not need to replace. Then the belt ended up shredding into pieces 1 hour after I drove away from the place. The shredded belt ended up causing more damage to my hood lining. When I took it back the manager openly admitted that they did not do the correct diagnostics. The employees then tried to completely lie the next day and claimed that I asked for the belt. How can I specifically ask for a piece that I have no idea what its even called...?!? Poor workmanship and just plain bad business. I would leave zero stars if I could. They are thieves, take your money elsewhere!!

Dishonest and deceptive. Called Saturday to see if they carried run flat tires in stock as I was staying the weekend and had a flat. I liked the price for the tires and told them I would call in the morning to set at appointment. Called the next morning and spoke with someone else. Quoted me with road hazard which I kinda asked a price without but was told they cannot sell these tires without. I understand they get Commission on road hazards and to some Im sure its a good option. But I do not buy warranties and will not be forced into it. I went 4 miles up the road to the other tires plus and purchasers the tires without.

Very Very disappointed! I have been going to Tires Plus for years but never to this one. I sent my son in for an oil change and they told him the tires I bought last year are all bald. Then I had a low pressure light on in the dash and they never even checked the tire pressure. I explained to them the tires were not even a year old and less than 20K miles on them he said not what our records show... Because my daughter took it in and had them put on in her name. Regardless I said why did you not put in air in the tires he said because they needed to be replaced. ??? what ????
