First off, apointments dont mean anything to the shop. I had an apointment for 1300 and showed up early to check in. I understand if the shop was running late like most shops do but be honest to your customers. I was told my cars oil change would be finished by 1330-1345. I came back to the shop at 1330 and my car had not been started yet. When I asked the front desk how long the car would be he said that it was the next car in and it would be 30 min. I sat outside and watched two other cars be brought into the shop while I was waiting. I returned to the front desk at 1400 and my car hadent been started yet. The shop doesnt care about who comes and who goes. The manager either doesnt care how his shop is run or is ignorant of what is going on. I wish I could have given the shop zero stars but you have to give at least one. I hope everyone reads this before they go in but I dont think the shop will even care due to its volume of customers.

Tire stores are limited in Beaufort, you have NTB, which I would never go to, Walmart and Goodyear. Between all of our cars we probably drive 60-70,000 miles a year commuting coupled with the road conditions in SC, we go threw plenty of tires. Every time we bring a car in for a warranty service we get the run around. Need tires rotated? Sorry cant do that because you need new shocks. Want a front end alignment that you paid extra for to be able to get it aligned for 3 years? Sorry, we cant do that because you have a leak in your rack/pinion(common in a Dodge Ram). Flat tire? $25 to fix that, even though its free and I ended up having to call the corporate number to get them to honor that. Tire replace? Lets put like 17psi instead of the 42psi recommended.

Worst Goodyear Ive ever seen. Went in for tire repair, incredibly unfriendly service. Told the wait was several hours. Website FALSELY states "free tire repairs". Then told not all stores participate. Gave him my keys, waited 10 minutes then heard 3 other customers go up to him and complain they had made appointments for their tire repairs and have still been there over an hour with the car not being touched. He tells them "it can still take a couple hours with an appt". RIDICULOUS! SAVE your time, go across the street to Tuffy as I did. In and out in an hour. VERY friendly.

My father came here and had his tires replaced along with an alignment. Everything was great until the entire front right side sounded like it was going to fall apart. After some looking and taking the front right wheel off we found out that the mechanic didnt even bother tightening the bolts down when they did the alignment causing the whole wheel to move back and forth when braking. Now we have to go get another alignment, not to mention the wear and tear on the brand new tire. In their defense they did fix the alignment issue that previous mechanics never managed to fix.

My experience with this place was fantastic! I blew a tire on my way to Beaufort and I rolled into their parking lot 45 minutes to closing time. They not only squeezed me in and got the job done in fast time! The tire specialist stayed a little late to make sure I had a safe tire to make my drive back home! Kathleen went above and beyond the duties of customer service and I cannot thank the employes at Goodyear enough for their kindness and their work ethis! I will not go any where else for my car needs after my experience with them!

The desk guy was very rude, he saw me sitting outside for 30 mins before opening just to tell me they could not help me when I came in. They are inadequately staffed for the amount of work they have on schedule, when I came in for only a patch that would take a few minutes especially bc I already had the tire off, when I stated it would take only a few minutes he was snappy, take your business somewhere that wants to service the public not just their biggest account.

Sucked did nothing right ordered wrong tire broke censer in tire tried to get me to buy a new one I called them on it and the technician admitted to braking it now I have three tires white raised lettering and one slack wall never do business with them again I will go to the dealer first.

Dont bother with an appointment, they wont keep it. I was told it wouldnt be long, but 3 hours after my appointment, they still hadnt even looked at it with less than an hour until closing time. Maybe their service is OK if they ever actually get to your car... I wont be finding out.

Service was dry....overpaid for some tires that could have been plugged and was lied to about what could be and couldnt be plugged when tires are punctured. Drove to Discount Tire in Columbia from Beaufort and was told that ALL of my tires could have been plugged! Dont go to Goodyear!

I get off work later in the evening so I came by close to closing. Needed a tire patched but they wouldnt even try to fix it. They did however try very hard to sell me a brand new tire. Took my car down to another place in town. They patched it right away, said it was an easy fix.

Got decently priced tires from them, but they relentlessly tried to up sell me on every other thing they could. I feel bad for people that fall for their tricks. I would not recommend them to anyone. I definitely wont be going back.
