Prompt service, explained what the problem was, indicated where the source of the problem. David (technician) and his associate surveyed the situation, brought his tools necessary to do the job and started his work. In a little over 30 minutes, both problems resolved. He explained to me what was causing those problems and what parts were replaced. He tested the resolutions in my presence and I was very much satisfied and relieved. Excellent professionals and outstanding service!

So we just bought a new house and we wanted to put some recessed lighting in our home. The guy came out and gave us an estimate and it was a great price. I explained to him that we wanted a plumbing estimate as well and were having extreme difficulty getting the plumbing people to call us. He said he would make sure the plumbing people called us. That never happened

We spoke to an agent at 9am about a broken or damaged switch in the panel box...The techs arrived about 10:30/diagnosed the problem..they needed to get a new part..They were finished before noon...I know nothing about electricity other than to turn a light on/off and to pay the bills.
