If I could put a lower rating I would. Not only have I heard not even a decent, positive comment about this company but check this out. I was driving home yesterday when one of their employees literally tried to run me off the road for no apparent reason! Here is the email I was trying to send the company, but of course their site doesnt even work properly to send a comment. .....License plate #PFM4133. Your employee was driving like he was freaking drunk all through Munroe Falls and Stow. He was in a left turn only lane and as I was driving straight through the intersection as he just turned right in front of me and cut me off while I was in the correct lane and he in the turn lane with no signal!!! Then continued to drive 10 under the limit for miles and swerve over the lines multiple times. I noticed a officer nearby and let him know to go check out your driver right away before he hurt someone. Psycho! ! Hopefully he got a DUI and is off the road.

Had out for repair. Barely looked at problem. Did not fix or repair anything. and was charged $95 for nothing. They were the Electric service that did all electric repairs to my home that was supposed to be remodeled. All work done was not done to a safe and functional manner. Basically our electrical condition leaves us living in a fire trap. Way below third world country standards. In fact all the homes in this neighborhood are below civilzed standards. They do work for a slum lord. Will do anything for profit.

Company is impossible to work with. Had them out to fix my meter on my house on Nov. 27 2013. Was told that they would have to come back at a later date to finish the job. I was fine with that, it was cold and the day before Thanksgiving. However it is now April 14 2014 and it still hasnt been finished. We have called them on at least 3 occasions and talked to different people. No luck, everybody made promises but nothing happened. If you are looking for a dependable electric contractor I suggest you keep looking.

Bizarre. Called them for residential work. Chose that option from phone menu. No one answered. Went to operator who said "I cant find [her]". Left a voicemail finally for [her]. Even though it was late morning when I called, did not receive a return call until late the next afternoon. I left a very detailed message asking for a quote but called me asking what they could do for me. No thank you. I will call someone more responsive.

We had Mr. Jack Difiore out to our house to find out why our power kept going out on our dishwasher. Turned out it was just a bad wire, but he was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in fixing what could have turned into something much worse. I will definitely use them again!

My husband and I have tried calling 3 times over the past 1+ weeks and have left messages. We had an estimate done and wanted to hire Thompson Electric. However, with the poor customer service and returning phone calls, we will be going with a different company.

Shaun Haule did an estimate for an electrical project at my home and we agreed upon a date and price, then they never showed up or called back! No wonder TEI is going out of business, based on my experience, this company is worthless.

Rip off! Charged $550 to install one outlet in bathroom. This was after they did complete wiring in my house. use cheap material. Will never recommend.
